Ulasan Ramada by Wyndham Jiaxing

The room was quite spacious. Although the decor's color scheme felt a bit dated, the amenities were complete, and the bathtub was genuinely large. The breakfast area was huge, but it also got incredibly crowded, so try to eat during off-peak times, haha.

Ramada is a well-known hotel chain, and this location is great. It's close to Nanhu Avenue and right by Central Park, so the surroundings are really pleasant. The hotel is quite popular, with a high occupancy rate. The breakfast offers a good variety, even including jianbing (Chinese savory crepes), which is a nice touch. Now for the downsides. The hygiene really needs more attention. The housekeeping service was genuinely disappointing. This is the first hotel I've stayed in where the toilet paper ran out after just one use. It's also the first hotel where I found hair on the towels, and the first where the bedsheets were dirty. Seriously?!

The environment is excellent, and it's very convenient for getting around. The bed is large and comfortable. It's also very pleasant to take a walk to South Lake.

The room was spacious and very clean. Parking at the hotel was convenient, and we received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in. It's only about a twenty-minute drive from the South Lake Scenic Area and Yuehe Scenic Area.

The room had a strange odor. The air conditioning only blew cold air, and I caught a cold. The front desk was unstaffed late at night. It's 2026, and they don't even have a delivery robot. There was a hair in the drinking cup.

This hotel boasts a convenient location, close to both a business district and a subway station. The rooms are clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The front desk staff are welcoming and check-in was quick. Breakfast offers a wide variety and is promptly replenished. The only minor drawback is that the water pressure in the shower can be a bit inconsistent. Overall, it offers great value for money and is perfect for business or short trips. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Clean and cozy

The hygiene was good. They have an underground parking lot. Breakfast was decent, and there are play facilities for kids. Since we stayed during Chinese New Year, there were a lot of people, so they couldn't clear the breakfast tables fast enough. Overall, it's pretty good, offering good value for money.

This hotel is close to Jiaxing Sport Stadium and around 10 mins drive to Nanhu Tiandi. The hotel lobby is not that big and lift is a bit slow. The family room is big and oversee the new Jiaxing sport stadium. Didi is convenient to travel around the place. We visited the 湖心岛 and 烟雨楼 on our 2nd day. The scenery there is beautiful and amazing! Will definitely visited the place again!

Good hotel with playground in the restaurant - nice for breakfast :) good choice of breakfast options.

Uncomfortable and inconvienient experiencne with below reasons 1. Bed quality is not as comportable as the 4 stars ( I woke up every hours) 2. There is no washing machine room, and may have to use outside seevice for your own charge 3. There are only two water bottles provided in summer. 4. There are unfriendly staff at the front, (arguing about offering more water bottles) 5. There is air blowing noise entire night, and no master swich to turn off all lights (surprised) 6. I would never come again.

For the priceI DON'T THINK YOU COULD FIND A BETTER HOTEL. ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND BEDS SUPER COMFY.

It’s nice and clean. It’s perfect to relax or for a business trip. The food is tasty, great location and friendly staff.

The hotel is a bit old but cleanliness and location of hotel is okay.
