前台服務很熱情。酒店環境很好，很乾凈。空調也很好。免費升級房型，還有雙份早餐，這是攜程鉑金會員的權益。這次帶着寵物入住的提前和酒店打電話溝通過，也很便捷，下次還會繼續入住的。

這次來嘉興選擇錦江都城酒店。酒店位置優越，火車站出來乘坐有軌電車1號線就能到達，很方便。酒店附近飯店超市有很多，就像是一個美食城。酒店房間衞生整潔乾淨。早餐豐富，餐廳服務員和藹可親有求必應。在此還要感謝前台李女士，給我們免費升級了房型。就是下午的時候樓上在裝修吧，有點吵。

Front desk hospitality, support and service are really good !! 💯💯 but the room was most terrible bad odour and smell like an old store room, walls, selves and windows are so dirty very very bad experience but when I reported to change room they said for my booking value this is the maximum they can offer 🤐😐 I just escaped and spent outside the most time until my departure 😣

酒店離高鐵站很近，交通方便，前台很禮貌熱情，房間寬敞整潔，還帶自助早餐品種不少。酒店還有洗衣房，周邊吃飯方便，每次嘉興出差都住這家！

酒店位置距離烏鎮南柵南門檢票口步行不到10分鐘，房間大小合適，房內沒有凳子女同志化粧不太方便，床上有蜘蛛，床單衞生有待提高，淋浴噴頭安裝有點問題，熱水充足

Stayed at this amazing resort at the end of April for a short getaway. The moment you enter the entrance, it gives you a serene feeling. The wide entrance walks you to the reception, as a relaxing scene awaits you. The hotel itself is more on modern architecture with minimalist designs. Reception staff was very accommodating and friendly, he even upgraded our room for us to experience more the beauty of Alila, the assigned staff escorted us to our room and give us some heads up about what we can do and where to dine. Since we came around late that afternoon, we had our dinner at the Chinese restaurant. The servers were all superb. We tried some of their specialties which staff recommended and we were very satisfied. Afterward, we strolled around for some night views and fresh air. We then saw at the bar area, the singers are from Philippines (place where we came from), it gives us an urge to drop by to support and say hi. It turned out so well, they were very happy to see someone from where they came from (We were the first, according to them). We enjoyed the cocktails and ambiance so much. Our room was on the ground floor with an independent entrance and 2 private gardens. All is perfect, despite the minimalisitc designs. The breakfast buffet was served in a room facing the lake. As you're having your mouthwatering breakfast, you can enjoy the view. Overall, our stay in this zen like resort brings tranquil zones, dropping the notch of a hustle and bustle city where we used to be.
