房間寬敞，衞生整齊，後院也有停車場直通大堂，前台接待服務特別好，忘記帶充電器了，前台很熱心的現場測試可沖的電線且無任何抵押物，衹説退房時候放在前台即可，所有皆滿意，唯一就是早上洗漱時候缺少一套洗漱但也無可厚非了

前台小姐姐很漂亮，服務很好，入住之後就給我們送了2盒酸奶，很好喝哦！特別感謝前台小姐姐！酒店位置在大唐美食街旁邊，下樓就是，特別方便，夜宵結束一點不耽誤回酒店！特別推薦樓下美食街小黨烤肉，嘉峪關烤肉，名不虛傳！

體驗感比較一般 首先酒店沒有自己獨立的停車場 和周圍的餐館、商家公用停車位 停車也無人指揮 車子隨意停放（P1 P2）我們還是淡季去的 到了酒店六七點的時間已經停不下車 給前台打電話 他們回覆沒辦法解決 因為是共用的停車位 還是我們等了一會兒遇到別人吃完飯把車開走才好不容易停下來 房間也是面朝馬路 周圍餐飲又多 過年期間還有放煙花的 關上窗地暖又非常熱 打開窗又很吵 總之體驗一般 喜歡安靜和自駕來的謹慎選擇

無意間選擇的晨楓酒店，收穫到驚喜的服務，首先酒店有接送站服務，對於自由行的客人來説特別友好，沒到站經理就打電話溝通接站細節，沒想到經理是個漂亮的小姑娘，還開着寶馬X6親自來接，一路上拿取行李、推薦美食，細緻又周到，看着她小小的身板，給予的確是大大的能量，必須點贊👍🏼，其次，訂的是標間，辦理入住時候前台小姐姐見我們是一家三口還升級了房間，細心地補了洗漱用品，送了小孩的早餐，這服務真是無微不至，酒店房間供暖很好，乾淨衞生，隔音也很好，強烈推薦！

Our stay at this lakeside hotel was exceptional. The personnel was not only nice and friendly but also remarkably helpful, creating a welcoming environment. The hotel's prime location by the lake, with easy access to main tourist attractions (a quick taxi ride away), made exploring the city a delight. The room was spacious and flawlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable retreat. The breakfast surpassed expectations, with an excellent spread, including freshly prepared noodles. The reception staff demonstrated outstanding assistance, always ready to help with anything we needed. A top choice for those seeking a superb blend of location, comfort, and service.

這是一家讓我意難平的酒店，因為是新開五星，距離嘉峪關南站較近，價格也比較實惠，所以選擇了這家酒店。前台告訴我已經為了升級了房間，我還挺開心。進房間一看，窗外不遠是一堵牆，就打電話問是否可以再換一間視野相對好一點的。前台説可以，但讓我們自己拖着行李到前台換房卡。拖着兩個行李箱，在鋪着厚地毯的走廊上走是比較費勁的......我們拿到新房卡，重新上樓，結果兩張房卡都打不開，還好有客房阿姨幫我們開了門。又給前台電話，前台説要我們到前台重新刷房卡......進了新房間，裝修的氣味還很濃，我們馬上開窗通風，但衞浴裏的抽風是自動關的，房間沒有很好的空氣對流，效果不好。而且窗户沒有紗窗，四樓會不會進蚊子，這些都是問題。我到前台剛開口説，房間氣味有點大，前台妹子馬上回懟：我們是新開業的酒店.....我真的有點生氣了：我知道是新開業的酒店，但我也住過新開業的酒店，怎麼就沒有這個問題呢？酒店裡有沒有除甲醛的物品什麼的？前台很乾脆：沒有。 酒店的硬件還是很不錯的，裝修現代低奢，床品和洗漱用品檔次都很好，中餐廳用餐菜品味道和服務都不錯。 小瑕疵是房間馬桶下面漏水，慢慢浸出的那種，另外，早餐廳人多，但房間比較冷，熱菜也多是涼的或温熱的，第一次在五星級酒店裡沒有喝到現磨咖啡。 酒店大門保安抽煙，維修電梯人員半開着通向院子的門抽煙，外面的風把煙吹到了樓內，一樓走廊充滿煙味...... 也許再過幾個月，房間裝修的味道就沒了，人員經過專業培訓，真的不把客人當匆匆過客，而是有緣在酒店相遇的朋友，酒店的生意就會越做也好。

This hotel really made my stay in town. They went above and beyond to help me with directions, help me get some deliveries I needed after I lost my chargers elsewhere, and to make me feel welcome, despite my complete lack of the language. The cleaning staff were some of the friendliest I have encountered, and the fruit they dropped off was a nice touch. Definitely recommend this place - it’s well located around restaurants and parks.

Ia mengambil masa kurang daripada 10 minit untuk memandu dari Jiayuguan Pass ke hotel Ia betul-betul di tepi jalan dan mudah didapati. Terdapat tempat letak kereta percuma di atas tanah dan bawah tanah. Orang cantik di meja depan sangat sopan Mereka memberi kami teh panas dan tuala panas ketika kami mendaftar masuk. Mereka mendengar bahawa kami mempunyai banyak bagasi, dan seorang gadis kecil datang bersama kami ke garaj bawah tanah untuk membantu kami membawa bagasi kami. . Keadaan kebersihan hotel ini juga baik Kami meninggalkan makanan bawa pulang terpakai di luar pintu bilik dan segera dibersihkan. Meja penyambut tetamu, bilik tetamu dan restoran semuanya sangat mementingkan perkhidmatan. Ia adalah hotel yang bagus. Sayang sekali saya tidak mengambil sebarang gambar hotel.

First let me start by saying when you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room on the west side of the hotel, floors 6 and up. When we just arrived we got a room on floor 5 (a budget room, so just pay a bit extra for a better room) and it just didn't feel clean and the toilet didn't work, but the staff were so nice the upgraded our room to the 7th floor and the room there were clean, spacious and really nice. The staff helped us with everything during our stay, and organized a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning and they could speak some English Overall I'd say this is a great hotel to stay at when traveling to stay a couple nights.

The cleanliness of this room was below average compared to other Chinese hotels in similar price range..there were even quite a couple of hair on the ground. The friendliness of the staff was great and I felt welcome. Location is good, just in the heart of the city. Overall decent hotel for a decent price but please clean more properly.
