Hotel berhampiran Heishan Stone Carvings, Jiayuguan

Ia mengambil masa kurang daripada 10 minit untuk memandu dari Jiayuguan Pass ke hotel Ia betul-betul di tepi jalan dan mudah didapati. Terdapat tempat letak kereta percuma di atas tanah dan bawah tanah. Orang cantik di meja depan sangat sopan Mereka memberi kami teh panas dan tuala panas ketika kami mendaftar masuk. Mereka mendengar bahawa kami mempunyai banyak bagasi, dan seorang gadis kecil datang bersama kami ke garaj bawah tanah untuk membantu kami membawa bagasi kami. . Bilik sarapannya besar dan mempunyai pelbagai jenis Kakitangan wanita di restoran itu sangat sopan pagi ini dan mencadangkan kami mencuba mi sup daging yang besar. Keadaan kebersihan hotel ini juga baik Kami meninggalkan makanan bawa pulang terpakai di luar pintu bilik dan segera dibersihkan. Meja penyambut tetamu, bilik tetamu dan restoran semuanya sangat mementingkan perkhidmatan. Ia adalah hotel yang bagus. Sayang sekali saya tidak mengambil sebarang gambar hotel.

The cleanliness of this room was below average compared to other Chinese hotels in similar price range..there were even quite a couple of hair on the ground. The friendliness of the staff was great and I felt welcome. Location is good, just in the heart of the city. Overall decent hotel for a decent price but please clean more properly.

First let me start by saying when you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room on the west side of the hotel, floors 6 and up. When we just arrived we got a room on floor 5 (a budget room, so just pay a bit extra for a better room) and it just didn't feel clean and the toilet didn't work, but the staff were so nice the upgraded our room to the 7th floor and the room there were clean, spacious and really nice. The staff helped us with everything during our stay, and organized a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning and they could speak some English Overall I'd say this is a great hotel to stay at when traveling to stay a couple nights.

Friendly and courteous counter staff. Guests were provided fruits and biscuits upon checking in. Beside the hotel there is a 24 hours restaurant. In additin there are food stuff and drinks vending machines available on ground and each floor. Strategically located within distance from tourist attractions. We will not hesitate to stay at this hotel when we visit Jiayuguan.

Our stay at this lakeside hotel was exceptional. The personnel was not only nice and friendly but also remarkably helpful, creating a welcoming environment. The hotel's prime location by the lake, with easy access to main tourist attractions (a quick taxi ride away), made exploring the city a delight. The room was spacious and flawlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable retreat. The breakfast surpassed expectations, with an excellent spread, including freshly prepared noodles. The reception staff demonstrated outstanding assistance, always ready to help with anything we needed. A top choice for those seeking a superb blend of location, comfort, and service.

The hotel is famous amont tourist. It is located a bit far from Jiayuguan downtown. There are some good restaurant nearby. The room is new , clean and well designed. The staff are friendly. We got the room with the snow moutain view.

前台接待很熱情，業務熟練，服務專業。 全員都很有服務意識。 從硬件上來説，酒店注重細節設計，窗户做了兩層，不是雙層玻璃，是雙層窗户。智能馬桶，高速吹風機。洗衣房配備洗衣機，烘乾機，非常方便。 時間比較趕沒有體驗茶室和健身房，配套還是很齊全的。 如果你注重衞生，注重服務和細節這是一家不錯的酒店，值得推薦。

前台小姐姐很漂亮，服務很好，入住之後就給我們送了2盒酸奶，很好喝哦！特別感謝前台小姐姐！酒店位置在大唐美食街旁邊，下樓就是，特別方便，夜宵結束一點不耽誤回酒店！特別推薦樓下美食街小黨烤肉，嘉峪關烤肉，名不虛傳！

房間寬敞，衞生整齊，後院也有停車場直通大堂，前台接待服務特別好，忘記帶充電器了，前台很熱心的現場測試可沖的電線且無任何抵押物，衹説退房時候放在前台即可，所有皆滿意，唯一就是早上洗漱時候缺少一套洗漱但也無可厚非了

這是一家讓我意難平的酒店，因為是新開五星，距離嘉峪關南站較近，價格也比較實惠，所以選擇了這家酒店。前台告訴我已經為了升級了房間，我還挺開心。進房間一看，窗外不遠是一堵牆，就打電話問是否可以再換一間視野相對好一點的。前台説可以，但讓我們自己拖着行李到前台換房卡。拖着兩個行李箱，在鋪着厚地毯的走廊上走是比較費勁的......我們拿到新房卡，重新上樓，結果兩張房卡都打不開，還好有客房阿姨幫我們開了門。又給前台電話，前台説要我們到前台重新刷房卡......進了新房間，裝修的氣味還很濃，我們馬上開窗通風，但衞浴裏的抽風是自動關的，房間沒有很好的空氣對流，效果不好。而且窗户沒有紗窗，四樓會不會進蚊子，這些都是問題。我到前台剛開口説，房間氣味有點大，前台妹子馬上回懟：我們是新開業的酒店.....我真的有點生氣了：我知道是新開業的酒店，但我也住過新開業的酒店，怎麼就沒有這個問題呢？酒店裡有沒有除甲醛的物品什麼的？前台很乾脆：沒有。 酒店的硬件還是很不錯的，裝修現代低奢，床品和洗漱用品檔次都很好，中餐廳用餐菜品味道和服務都不錯。 小瑕疵是房間馬桶下面漏水，慢慢浸出的那種，另外，早餐廳人多，但房間比較冷，熱菜也多是涼的或温熱的，第一次在五星級酒店裡沒有喝到現磨咖啡。 酒店大門保安抽煙，維修電梯人員半開着通向院子的門抽煙，外面的風把煙吹到了樓內，一樓走廊充滿煙味...... 也許再過幾個月，房間裝修的味道就沒了，人員經過專業培訓，真的不把客人當匆匆過客，而是有緣在酒店相遇的朋友，酒店的生意就會越做也好。
