從高速直接過去的，大概十分鐘左右就到了，前台提前打電話幫我們預留了車位，還有服務員在電梯口等着把我們送到房間，服務很不錯👍。 早餐簡單，但是提前問我們想吃啥，就給我們做啥，還挺好的。 房間乾淨整潔，也算是出遊路上性價比不錯的酒店了

This hotel ended up being so much better than i expected. It was very affordable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is so clean and the rooms are spotless, comfortable and nicely decorated. The security was very kind and attentive as well. I really enjoyed my stay here.

This hotel really made my stay in town. They went above and beyond to help me with directions, help me get some deliveries I needed after I lost my chargers elsewhere, and to make me feel welcome, despite my complete lack of the language. The cleaning staff were some of the friendliest I have encountered, and the fruit they dropped off was a nice touch. Definitely recommend this place - it’s well located around restaurants and parks.

The front desk manager and staff were kind enough to listen to my requests, even though I don’t speak Chinese. The only thing I would like to point out is that there was no bathrobe, even though it was listed in the room information. However, I think the service was excellent, and I appreciate their hospitality.

房間很大，有個超級大的浴缸，很乾凈。 床墊舒服，床單被套枕套親膚，長者孩子都很滿意，窗簾遮光力賊強，泡個澡後，睡的很踏實。 設施都是智能化的，天貓精靈可以控制。衞生這塊做的賊好。 前台服務也很好，停車場很大，🆓。 還有小米的體重秤，裏面設施基本上都是品牌的。 好多細節都是被精心設計過的，感受到了這家酒店的用心。已經推薦給朋友，下次還要來。

EE. Ch.Very impressed with that hotel and the staff. Good location relatively close to the fortress and on the way to the wall. Plenty of food options around and more within 1 Km around. The staff at the reception were so helpful. No English spoken but with all the apps communication is not a big issue. It just take more time 🤔😅 The room was big. Great bathroom. A lot of space and storage available. Good air conditioning system. Breakfast was simply delicious and every day there were different items available. Not much western food but anyway Chinese food is healthier. Staff there was lovely. The fitness area is a bit minimalist. Self laundry is available and works great. I will return for sure. A Personal tip to people visiting Jiayuguan: I suggest getting to the wall first thing in the morning after breakfast. Taxis is the only option.In July 2024 the price I paid (Meter as usual) was 26 Yuans. After visiting that place take a taxi to the fortress (Jiayu pass) as it is on the way to the city anyway. The cost was 11 Yuans and it is very close to the fortress unlike the main ticket office located 2 Km away (where the bus nr 4 stops). Further tip if you like HotPot restaurants the NanjiaXiang is a great choice at a very reasonable price. It is 800 meters away from the hotel.

They speak little or no English (as everywhere) but communication worked, also with translator app, and they were helpful and attentive. For me, location was very convenient (next to the railway station (the one I used), a city bus hub, e.g. to the fort, and some food options)

PPengguna Tetamu此次預訂的是一張大床和兩張雙床的套房，這是自建房改建的民宿，老闆人很熱情，第二天我們睡到自然醒才去的關城景區，從客棧出來右拐，溜達10分鐘就可以到達關城長城博物館，然後繼續向前100米就到達景區入口處了，不用重新前往遊客中心乘坐觀光車（不過觀光車免費乘坐）。房間裝修的還不錯，但是這個衞生間實在有點一言難盡…… 提幾點意見和建議: 第一就是衞生間沒有洗手液/香皂；第二就是洗漱用品放在牆上那個盒子裏，盒子也不太乾淨，而且牙刷和洗髮水、沐浴液還是那種好多年前的小賓館用的那種，像民宿沒辦法和品牌酒店配置標準一樣，是否可以選擇好用的品牌，那種家用款大瓶，國民素質現在還是蠻高的，應該沒有在拿着瓶瓶罐罐帶回家的顧客了吧😅；第三就是那個雙床房間的空調和拖拉機一樣，特別響，反而另一個房間電暖氣還怪好用的，但是如果是夏天，那個房間怎麼製冷呢🧐；第四就是房間的門特別單薄，不過我們入住那一晚倒是沒有出現隔音問題；第五就是房間那個吹風機，呃呃呃呃。像這種提升顧客幸福感的小細節又花不了大價錢，建議老闆捨得投入。 劃重點，值得表揚——這個房間帶早餐，且早餐味道棒棒的。涼拌菜、包子、蛋糕、白水蛋、小米粥、玉米、紅薯，還有甜甜的人蔘果……應有盡有 總之早餐100分，服務100分。美中不足的就是設施有待改進和衞生間衞生有待提高。

TTrNguyenThere are many restaurants around and the bus stop is a short walk. Easy to catch a taxi. Staff is helpful despite our language barriers, we managed to communicate with translator apps. Hostel is relatively clean but can be improved and more organized. For example, the faucets and mirrors need to be cleaned more thoroughly. There aren’t toilet tissues.

PPengguna TetamuHuili Business Apartment. Like the name implies it caters more for businessmen. If you don’t have a car it can be a bit of a hassle to get around. Though taxis are a good standby. As a 4* hotel it is huge and expansive. The hotel is clean and well-maintained though a bit dated. Nevertheless the room I was given was well equipped for a good night’s stay. The staff were helpful and tried their best to help with queries though one of them was a bit clueless. However the much touted night market was a letdown. It was quite a walk away and did not seem to be functioning fully. At night the whole area is aglow with attractive twinkling lights making the hotel look like a fairyland. I have nothing to complain about the hotel because I paid a very good price to stay here and they even allowed me a late check-out!

JJordenOverall, it was a great stay. Staff at reception was polite. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked it that the hotel building is in some sort of courtyard, so a little removed from the main road. So no outside traffic noise at all. Only downside is that sound insulation between rooms is minimal, so you might hear some noise from people staying in the room next to you; first night was very quiet, but on the second night my neighbours turned on the TV in their room (at a normal volume) early in the morning and I could almost literally hear the words in my room. I do recommend this hotel though and would stay here again.

MMarco MonkeyThis is an excellent hotel with nice staff and comfortable, airy rooms - get the ones with windows if possible for a better stay. Bathrooms are in a separate room, not carved out from the room using glass compartments, which makes it feel better and more private. Beds are comfortable and the room spacious enough. There's a desk where I could even get some work done and it's very close to the bus stop to the Jiayuguan fort, and in 10 minutes walking distance to Night Market street and ample food choices. Recommended for the very cheap price! Would stay again!

PPengguna Tetamu酒店有停車位，如果停滿了，會幫忙協調停在臨近隔壁停車區域。房間有空調，衞生間乾濕分離，孩子説衞生間像太空艙，很有意思。早餐寫着牛奶，酸奶，麪包，雞蛋。自行規定時間前台領區，10點鐘結束，去晚了可能牛奶酸奶會沒有。總體來説還是很不錯的。

PPengguna TetamuThe location and staff members were wonderful. I was a bit upset the first night because my room smelled of smoke. This is obviously not the hotels fault as they had no smoking signs. The hotel staff members changed our room, made sure it was de smoked and all the sheets etc were very clean. In addition, they said if they could help with any of our future travels, they would be happy to speak on our behalf. Really lovely and nice to see how hard they worked when someone was not happy.
