Lavande Hotel (Jieyang Lavande)

Total rooms booked 3 for 6 of us. As we are foreigners and does not have a local SIM, we are not able to book didi, hence we asked the check in lady if she could help us hire didi and we will pay her. Before this quiet and pleasant lady could answer, a fat unfriendly ugly lady answered us. Telling us harshly it’s not their job to help us. We have to settle our issue ourselves. We were stunned and did not interact with her further and went to our rooms. When we came down after refreshing ourselves, we are glad there is a change of swift and the new receptionist kindly help us to hire didi, solving our problems. We were told that the fat, ugly, unhelpful and unfriendly person is their manager who should not be in that position. I hope the management can look into this issue and not let her interact with guests! That said, the hotel is nice, clean and new.

Hotel located in a mature zone surrounded with many local shops and market. Is a good choice if one wants to explore the local living. Hotel room is spacious, clean and the shower area comes with the musical effect when water is running is very interested which I personally like it. Trip.com showed the room type I booked permit smoking, when request during check in for non-smoking room, hotel staff mentioned the whole hotel actually does not allow smoking but some customer may still smoke in it. An air purifying in available in the room. Slightly contridicting is that an ashtray is seen inside the room provided by the hotel. If smoking not allow, hotel should not provide the ashtray. Luckily for my case the room was pretty plesant without any smoke smell. Overall, is a recommended hotel and I may book again if I visit Jieyang.

一路出來散心住了幾間麗風酒店了 這間的服務和設施是最糟糕的 首先 入住的時候本來電梯的標識都是在前台看不到的 基本都會主動告知 而不是即使問了隨便指一指 問去停車場的路也是隨便指一指 明知我走錯了 就幹看着 掃停車場的出場碼也是電腦對着自己 到底是給誰掃 後來要求開發票 開了就立馬要求5星好評 還要截圖給他看 有毛病是吧 我有義務嗎？還是你們給我發工資了？酒店很吵 就在路邊 晚上一點多還在吵 早上六七點就開始了 而且Wi-Fi很慢 手機信號就沒滿過 是我住過的無論設施和服務都是最差的體驗 就這態度 還不如直接無人自助辦理 至少不會負分

房間乾淨寬敞，早餐也可以，粿條湯清淡爽口，前台服務好，周邊進安大排擋便宜好吃，走路幾分鐘就能到，位置好離進賢門比較近推薦坐個敞篷三輪車，我們坐着圍着幾個景點轉了一圈回酒店才15塊錢真是實在

1 登記好去房間，房間門開着，兩位工作人員坐在沙發上聊天，質疑後説在查房，查房結束難道不應該離開房間嗎？為什麼會在房間聊天？ 2 窗户外有一人多高的牆，窗外什麼也看不到，問了前台，説我們訂的房型就是這樣。但是訂房以及登記時，沒有任何關於窗户有遮擋的提示。 3 前台服務意識很差，早餐非常簡單，對比前兩天剛住的南澳島麗楓，可謂毫無服務可言。

這家新開的酒店很乾凈，全屋智能家居、有個小度可以控制語音、關鍵是洗澡也可以聽音樂、不錯，下次有機會旅遊再來住這裏

酒店位置很容易找到，在麥當勞旁邊，路口處，且層樓很高。 前台小姐姐很熱情的幫忙辦理了入住，加了微信方便有問題更好的溝通，回覆及時有效。 房間在20樓，床大且乾淨，有大電視，洗澡可以聽音樂，有衣櫃可以放衣服，空調也給力，另外酒店還貼心準備了充電器。 總而言之，酒店非常棒！整體都很舒適，畢竟我們一覺睡到第二天快中午了才醒🥰

整體挺不錯的，房間乾淨，設施齊全，前台接待的小哥哥很熱情，很貼心。離開時，小姐姐還幫忙倒茶，so sweet～酒店很乾燥不潮濕，這對於遊客來説可太重要了，陰雨連綿中一席舒適的安身之地，贊！
