Very thoughtful settings. Clean and not noisy. Very specious. There is audiobox xiaodu for you to chat with haha. There is also atmosphere music and central control lights, curtains. The breakfast is ok. The receptionist is very professional and friendly.

A good experience traveling staying to hotel nearby to many tourism spots. A newly furnished hotel that keep on improving. Hopefully getting better and better

We had a wonderful time in this ancient capital Jieyang and staying in this hotel (3N4D), had definitely contributed greatly to our holiday experience in Jieyang The hotel was well-located - walking distance/ short distance on electrical tricycle ride to Xuegong Square (we were there everyday!), walking distance to nearby morning market and night food stalls. The room was very comfortable and contemporary designed, with modern comfort and smart electrical/ digital set-up. There was piped-in music when one was in a shower. We also enjoyed the breakfast, having a chance to try the local Teochew food for breakfast. There was also washing machine and dryer for our laundry which we used while having breakfast. The reception counter staff were very friendly and helpful with our requests/ questions. I will highly recommend this hotel for those travelling to Jieyang.

I would say it's one of the best room in Jie Yang. Good bed. Good Water. Good Air-conditioning. Remember level 5 washing & drying for cloths very very friendly. Very friendly front desk serving you hot tea, this is very personal approach - showing generous hospitality from Jie Yang... You wouldnt want to miss this Hotel. Good job - Lavender Hotel...!!! About half kilometre to the old town, considered good location but not much choice of restaurants to choose. Helpful staffs. The only negative is the ventilation duct/ air condition. Smoking is allow in the room, thus, you can constantly smell cigarette from nearby room or once you have your air cond turn on.

The hotel is conveniently located and offers thoughtful and friendly service.

The room is clean and spacious. The linen is clean and smell fresh. Beds are comfortable. Body wash and hand soap are provided even though it stated that they weren't. Water pressure and temperature are perfect for shower. My family really love the Xiao Du speaker. Breakfast provided is simple but taste alright. The receptionists are mostly helpful. Overall the stay is good.

Breakfast buffet could be improved, limited items for vegetarian options. Great location, within walking distance of Jinxian Gate. Lift areas could be cleaned to offer comfort to guests.

The location of the hotel is very strategic to visit the Jieyang City. The only disadvantage is there isn't any passenger bay for pickup and drop off for taxi or Didi car.

Hotel located in a mature zone surrounded with many local shops and market. Is a good choice if one wants to explore the local living. Hotel room is spacious, clean and the shower area comes with the musical effect when water is running is very interested which I personally like it. Trip.com showed the room type I booked permit smoking, when request during check in for non-smoking room, hotel staff mentioned the whole hotel actually does not allow smoking but some customer may still smoke in it. An air purifying in available in the room. Slightly contridicting is that an ashtray is seen inside the room provided by the hotel. If smoking not allow, hotel should not provide the ashtray. Luckily for my case the room was pretty plesant without any smoke smell. Overall, is a recommended hotel and I may book again if I visit Jieyang.

酒店是新裝修的，環境很好，去哪裡都不遠，樓下就有電車很方便，前台美女也服務熱情，給我找了個非常安靜的房間，值得一提的是酒店的早餐很美味，各是菜品很少全，安家的動物奶油。餐廳旁還有個小健身房。
