The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it. I’d also like to give a special thanks to 崔吴彤 as she was nice and helped us out as well to do something that was super important to us

這是第一次來揭陽，去過汕尾和潮州好幾次，這次是從汕尾坐火車來揭陽住兩天，提前在攜程上看到酒店評論很好直接訂了。 火車站到酒店20多塊錢，大概11公里，需要25分鐘車程。酒店自己也有停車場很方便。到店發現酒店服務真的很好，從前台到客房服務，到餐廳服務人員都特別熱情，尤其前台一個小夥子還跟我們説了關於很多英歌舞和營老爺的民俗。感謝小鄭的服務，有求必應。 酒店房間乾淨整潔，面積也不小，五百多點兒含早晚餐，含晚餐的酒店確實第一次住，關鍵菜品一點兒不糊弄，很好吃，餐廳工作人員一直很熱情的在説不夠再來取，多吃一點。賓至如歸。洗澡水也非常好，房間空調很暖和，環境很安靜。 唯一一點我覺得洗澡間如果有個架子可以放自己的洗髮水洗面奶什麼的就好了。

酒店離進賢門特別近，步行五分鐘吧，過了進賢門就是古城，周邊吃飯也方便。揭陽的美食都是街巷邊不起眼的小店，如果不是事先做好功課，就很容易錯過。酒店服務很貼心，我們飛機是晚上十點的，幫我們延遲了一小時。退房時候發現保潔因為我們延遲退房還晚下班了，真是有些抱歉。
