先説差評: 1:之前第一次入住，剛好颳風下大雨，我辦理入住後，下樓要去離酒店大門20米處車裡拿東西，跟酒店前台問詢有沒有雨傘可以借一下門口拿個東西，被前台人員告知:借雨傘收費50元。（別説你是希爾頓，隨便住個全季房間裏都給配雨傘，你不配就算了，借個傘門口拿個東西前後最多不超過5分鐘，要收費50）。想想也是，誰叫這個是“希爾頓”牌雨傘，比較金貴。 2：第1第2第3次第4次入住都遇到同樣的問題，房間裏貼在電視邊的説明上寫着:需要物品可通過掃二維碼下單由機器人送。物品欄裏很多東西都有，我掃了，輸入了，成功了。（裏面還有紅酒啟子，我也選了。但實際沒有未被告知，才有了後來下去車裡拿紅酒開的借傘事件）。第1次，30分鐘後沒動靜，我打電話給前台説了系統上我選了物品，前台説看到了，後續由機器人跟阿姨在我的多次致電前台後，分5次在1個半小時後幫我送達部分用品。第2次就更離譜了，進房，房間裏抽紙就剩兩三張，我通過房間的二維碼下達了，（到底是工作人員壓根不看系統，還是壓根這個下達物品的系統就是假的不存在的虛擬功能呢？）我下達成功後我顧着忙別的，2個小時後要上洗手間時才驚現，沒給我送過來。很多物品是沒有的，但並不被前台所主動告知。然後就會出現客人還在傻傻的等。 優點:該店在同比其他希爾頓不管是歡朋，還是惠庭，方間大小，格局，衞生問題上都是非常好的。這點值得肯定。前面幾次早餐都正常水平。不差也沒驚喜。早餐廳的環境跟衞生做的很好。食材都很新鮮。（從你們開業到現在，我感受到你們在變的更好，但是今天是在太氣人，所以才會回來寫評。8月4號的單繼續評。）
