這是我出遊，出差這麼久，第一次在酒店有自助晚餐的，還是中西式潮汕特色自助晚餐:潮汕地區特色的味道，住了兩晚，無論早餐還是晚餐，基本上沒有重複的菜品，天天都不一樣的品質。廚房乾淨透明。都能看的見。服務員小夥還不停徵求意見，看看有沒有改進的地方，點贊，酒店衞生乾淨，被褥都是新的。智能馬桶。熱水挺大，洗澡很舒服。推薦給準備來潮汕玩的朋友啦！酒店離進賢門，揭陽學宮，城隍廟都不遠，後面幾十米遠就是體育場。聽説冬至有潮汕地區的英歌舞活動舉行，我們定了出行的票，沒有辦法，遺憾錯過。祝願新的一年，誠信經營的老闆發大財。

I would say it's one of the best room in Jie Yang. Good bed. Good Water. Good Air-conditioning. Remember level 5 washing & drying for cloths very very friendly. Very friendly front desk serving you hot tea, this is very personal approach - showing generous hospitality from Jie Yang... You wouldnt want to miss this Hotel. Good job - Lavender Hotel...!!! The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it. I’d also like to give a special thanks to 崔吴彤 as she was nice and helped us out as well to do something that was super important to us

The front desk staff are friendly. The staff who cleaned the room is also responsive. I left some clothing and a pair of sandle inside the room after I checked out. They msg me and reminded me. Actually those were the one I left there as I did not want to bring back. Thank you for the good service!
