This hotel was a pleasant surprise on our trip. As always, the service was top-notch. I was delighted with the room upgrade, and the staff's little reminders were very thoughtful and made for a comfortable stay. Plus, they have office facilities and self-service laundry! 😌

An average hotel with convenient tea, coffee, and juice available in the lobby, along with plenty of seating areas. The room size was moderate, very clean and tidy. However, the side facing the street was a bit noisy. Light sleepers should consider this carefully. Breakfast was very crowded due to the current peak tourist season, but the staff were very enthusiastic. They made the fried noodles exactly to my liking. They even handed me a fan when they saw I was hot, which was very thoughtful and showed attention to detail. The location is about 1.5 kilometers from Century Plaza in Jiangnan, a pleasant walk. Overall, as a Hampton by Hilton brand, it's suitable for family travel.

A truly satisfying stay! The front desk lady was incredibly warm and friendly, making our trip feel so comfortable. The hotel's hygiene was excellent, and the room was cozy and inviting. Breakfast was very rich and made us feel right at home. There were plenty of parking spaces, and the front desk even upgraded our room. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and they even offered brown sugar ginger tea. It's also conveniently located. Simply fantastic!

Upgraded to a better room, overall very good, comfort is okay~ Facilities: The bathroom sliding door wasn't very flexible, and there wasn't enough parking, so cars had to be parked in the free lot next door, which was inconvenient for luggage. There didn't seem to be a place to hang clothes. I checked in quite late that night, so I didn't get to experience all the facilities, and it was a bit noisy facing the street. Service: Overall service was pretty good, the front desk lady had a sweet, smiling service. Adding me on WeChat to rush for a review wasn't ideal; I suggest being more subtle in the future. Good service deserves good reviews, and people will leave them without being prompted. Checked in late, didn't have time to take photos, so here are a few of the breakfast.

The front desk and cleaning staff were great, but the hotel's facilities could use an upgrade. The gap under the door was quite large, so I could hear people talking in the hallway late at night and kids running around at 6 AM very clearly. The faucet was also difficult to use, springing back when pressed. On the positive side, breakfast exceeded my expectations! They even had pan-fried noodles and kale, which was a nice surprise.

The room was incredibly spacious and clean. The service was excellent, and the complimentary eye mask was a thoughtful touch. The surrounding area is great; there's a lively food street just a few hundred meters' walk away. Parking was very convenient. Breakfast was fantastic and delicious!

Passing through Jilin, I decided to stay for a night. As soon as I parked, the concierge helped with my luggage. Inside, all the lobby staff were incredibly welcoming. Li Sitong at the front desk provided excellent service, and the housekeeping auntie Chen Hong was also very enthusiastic. It's very family-friendly and offers great value for money. Highly recommended! If I ever come back to Jilin, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

Exceeded my expectations! First, the location is great, right on Jilin Street. Although the room was a bit facing the street, the windows were very well sealed, making for an exceptionally quiet night's sleep. It's just a few minutes' walk to Xiamen Street, where you can find all sorts of delicious food, making it super convenient to try Jilin's local specialties. After dinner, we'd walk to the riverside to enjoy the night view – a perfect way to digest and cool down. The room was very clean, and the self-service breakfast was incredibly rich. The restaurant service was very thoughtful; on the first day of the 'Chufu' (beginning of the hottest period), they even specially prepared dumplings, and on a celebratory day, they offered desserts. The front desk service was also very detailed and attentive. Truly lives up to being a Hilton-branded hotel. I've already recommended it to my friends for their next visit to Jilin.

Got a free upgrade to a spacious room upon arrival at the front desk. The facilities were great, and the breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. This hotel is located in the downtown area of Jilin Street, close to Xiamen Street which is a hub for gourmet food. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the room facilities were complete with excellent air conditioning. It's convenient and fast to get to various places in the city by taxi, and the high-speed train station is only a 15-20 minute drive away. The hotel's breakfast offers a rich variety, meeting daily needs. The air quality in the room is good, the guest room environment is quiet and comfortable, and the price is reasonable, making it suitable for business travelers. Overall, it was a good experience. The environment and service were excellent, and the breakfast spread was impressive. Parking was also convenient. The lobby was beautifully decorated, and they even offered free Qing Dynasty costumes for guests to try on and take photos! However, during our two-day stay, there seemed to be some event going on, with many people queuing in the lobby, which made it difficult for guests to get in and out.

My child particularly loved the hotel's magnetic buckles; I casually mentioned it, and a staff member generously gave us one, which made my little one happy for ages. The overall environment was clean and comfortable, and the service was warm yet discreet. We didn't encounter a single unpleasant thing during our entire stay, making it incredibly comfortable.
