Focus on praising the front desk receptionist for greeting guests when they come and saying goodbye when they leave. They try their best to meet the guests' requirements. Kind and polite attitude! The restaurant provides personalized service. Breakfast is extended to 10 o'clock on Saturdays and Sundays. Usually it is 9:30, but we went to eat at 8:30. Many dishes were already bottomed out, but the restaurant continued to make more. Parking is easy around the hotel, which I like. In addition, the hotel also has a laundry room.

It's so funny. There are not many hotels in Jilin City that cost 600 yuan a night. I originally booked the hotel for the words āLuxury Mountain Viewā. And I also specially noted āHigh floor, quietā! It was meaningless and completely disrespectful to the customer's wishes. My notes and messages did not play any role. In the end, I was given the lowest floor, the 9th floor, and it was at the corner!
I really don't understand why the high floors are empty and not given to customers. I went to the front desk early the next morning to ask, and there are still rooms available on the 10th floor.
This stay is really annoying and disrespectful! But the room attendants on the 9th floor and the restaurant staff on the 3rd floor are very kind. The bar counter the next morning also apologized after learning about my needs. It was the bar counter the day before. I don't understand why there is class struggle on his face. It's so annoying!

Facilities: New, no decoration smell, but bright spots. The only dissatisfaction is that all hotels have the same problem, the quilt gets hot without turning on the air conditioner.

The hotel is easy to find and beautiful overall. The room is big and spacious, the environment is also very good, and it is very convenient to have everything delivered directly from outside. I don't know if the bed sheet and quilt cover of the room I stayed in were changed. When I lifted them up, I saw body hair and I knew where they were from. One pillowcase was dirty.

HHeiko ęµ·å„I spent 8 days at Vanke Songhua Lake New Story Suites. Usually it was planned for five days only but I extended my stay two times. This place is just awesome šš¼š¤© It is warm (floor heating), tidy and very clean. Iām allergic to cigarette smell so they arranged a non smoking room for me I was very happy with. ā¦nice skiing for families, beginners and the faster, more brave ones and the hotel staff is just lovely. They are always nice and kind, help wherever they can ( even without much English or in my case with none existing to rudimentary Chinese š¤£) The Hotel is only 800 m from the slope but they offer a shuttle service (very convenient) during skiing times. I used it in the morning but enjoyed my walk āhomeā after snowboarding. Ski and snowboard rental plus gear is available in the basement. I booked a coach for every day in the morning for 3h and must say he was best of the best!!! I had no clue about snowboarding but he had the ability to teach me step by step šš¼ we both had to use translation apps š¤£āš¼. After you finish at the slope there is always someone in the kitchen (breakfast place) who is happy to make a bowl of rice noodles or dumplings for you. ā¤ļøš„°. And the flowers inside the hotel are real!!! No fake plastic but real flowers šø huge thanks to the kitchen staff too, they work hard and the breakfast buffet ALWAYS looks clean. I will definitely come back and bring friends! ä½ ä»¬å¤ŖåÆē±äŗā¤ļø

EEsthaThe hotel is exceptionally clean, which made a great first impression. The reception staff were not only professional but also very friendly and accommodating. They provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions and eateries, and they went out of their way to guide us on how to get there. We especially appreciated their helpful directions to a well-known local restaurant.
While the room itself was a bit smaller than we expected, it didn't detract from our overall experience. The coziness of the space actually added to the comfort of our stay, and we felt right at home. One of the highlights for me was the hotel slippersāthey were incredibly soft, thick, and comfortable, offering a nice touch of luxury and relaxation.
Another nice surprise was the hotelās thoughtful gesture of providing free porridge in the evenings. After a long day of exploring, it was a warm and comforting treat to enjoy before bed. Additionally, the hotel is well-equipped with convenient amenities like washing machines and dryers, which is always a bonus when you're traveling for an extended period.

GGuest UserLocation Location Location Location. Beidahu is one of the best ski resort area in China. Holiday Inn Beidahu is right near the epicenter of the action. It does take a shuttle bus to get to the main ski center so it is not exactly a ski in, ski out type of hotel. However, it was surprisingly convenient! There are shuttle buses every few minutes and the journey only lasts also a few minutes ride as well. We did not feel inconvenienced at all, we were quite impressed actually at the frequency!
The room we had was very spacious, modern and clean. Completely up to par by international standards. The reception staff was very accomodating and even helped to arrange our transportation to and from the hotel back to the train station. The breakfast is very impressive as well - lots to pick from.
I have no complaints about the hotel, it was everything we asked for and at such good value! We recommend.

The environment is elegant, the room is spacious and comfortable, the facilities are complete, there is a Dyson hair dryer, and the bedding is especially soft, and the sleep is particularly good. He checked our food preferences, called ahead and sent a car to take us to a good restaurant! Breakfast is nice and right next to the ski service center. He helped with tickets and transport for our whole trip. Would definitely stay again!

NNgTerenceI wasn't expecting this caliber of hotel in a smaller town such as Jilin. It is better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed at in other larger cities in China. Our room was extremely large, as we were able to accommodate two additional friends in our room for lunch with plenty of space to spare. Speaking of lunch, the delivery to the room was delivered via robot, much to our son's delight. The room and bathroom were both clean and well appointed. Nothing felt run down or low rent. The generously sized bath tub was put to good use for bathing our son, as well as soaking in a relaxing bath. The staff was extremely professional and catered to our special needs, including a crib and extra care for our son. Would also like to mention the busboy (ē¤¼å®¾éØē°é궦) who was extremely helpful in loading/unloading of our extra large luggage into the taxi.

PPangxie333The room is right next to the Songhua Lake Ski Resort. You can see the ski trail from the window. It's only a 10-minute walk. We always come back to change into snow clothes before going out. The room is very clean and spacious. In addition to floor heating, there is also air conditioning. The room is very hot. The boss is very considerate and responds to messages quickly. He told us where there are delicious and cost-effective restaurants, and patiently told us the walking route. It reflects very professional service. I will come again next time and will strongly recommend it to my friends.
