整體住起來是好的值得推薦，整潔ok水壓ok冷氣ok內部佈置及周邊（茶水點心）ok，周圍熱鬧有基隆夜市超商機能充足，當晚房型露營風很露營風。隔音不是非常好，淺眠不好入睡者建議住其他樓層，有行李用小貨梯，無電梯需爬樓梯，不喜或不便爬樓梯者，建議住較低樓層。
