酒店周邊生活、交通便利，左鄰就是濟南著名的“超意興”快餐，簡直就是家裡的外置廚房，品種多、價格優，尤其免費的玉米糊糊，非常好喝！酒店出門向左走50米就是公交車站，去濟南站一部車直達。去大明湖、趵突泉、黑虎泉也都衹有幾站地。老闆人非常nice！我住了一週，第一天訂的精緻大床房，老闆給免費升級成家庭親子房了，後面續住也都很優惠！感謝老闆慷慨！房間收拾整潔，配置齊全，雖鄰歷山路，車來車往有點吵，但我抗幹擾能力尚可，住的挺安心的。

如果衹是衹想住一晚，對於酒店沒有太高要求可以住，但是如果有潔癖的話，還是建議選別家酒店。而且酒店隔音效果很不好，臨近街道，每天晚上都能聽到轟隆隆的車聲和早上垃圾車收垃圾的聲音。酒店工作人員也不多，態度一般，所以大家自己衡量吧。

乾淨衞生而且價格還便宜。房間設施齊全，空調吹風機一次性牙刷梳子都很齊全。非常喜歡。關鍵距離景點很近，大明湖，印象城，芙蓉街寬厚裏等都很近，附近交通便利，服務熱情。下次旅遊還住這裏。值得推薦
