This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The location is great, the bed is huge and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Jinan.

had a wonderful stay in QuanShuiRenJia, the staff were amazing! Amazing customer service as well! Love the interior of the place, plus points especially to the automated heated toilet bowl. However, breakfast for everyday is the same, hope to see some rotations for breakfast! Would still recommend this place to foreigners to stay in as it is really convenient in terms of location ❤️

This is a beautiful hotel with rooms in traditional style buildings but with all modern amenities. Very peaceful setting but right in the center of pedestrian area just south of Daming lake. Fantastic breakfast.

Beautiful location in the old town of Jinan by Daming lake. Clean beautiful room with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Special extras with lots of buttons and fancies which made the stay even more comfortable. Breakfast brought to the room every morning. Helpful staff. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again.

首先謝謝幫忙預留了同等房型1.8米床的房間，早餐是小廚房做的，去了現做，很精緻，廚娘姐姐人很好👍，院子裏環境很好，一進院子就聞到了臘梅的香氣；其次説一下房間，房間的風格屬於新中式吧，但窗户都是帶了窗格的，所以不開燈的話屋內光線比較昏暗，房間內的衞生間跟起居室是一道推拉木門隔開的，門有點壞了，合不上，屋內帶了浴池，但晚上用的時候發現地漏是壞的，存不住水，所以沒辦法用，衞生間的淋浴地漏也堵塞嚴重，一下子明白了為什麼房間內為什麼很重的下水道味，希望酒店能重視下屋內環境衞生問題

來寫一個客觀認真的評價！ 首先 服務特別好 無論是前台小姐姐還是哥 態度都很棒，還給升級了房間！ 環境特別好在曲水亭街 一點也不吵，都有獨立小院子，比住同價位酒店有意思多啦 還可以坐在小院子裏看星空 …… 缺點：1.空調機子確實比較老，一陣一陣的聲音很大俺這種睡眠淺的半夜迷迷糊糊醒了兩三次 2.浴池啊啊啊水流很小，水是温水，放滿之後下邊的都涼透了 不過也不太好改進，屬於老設備問題了 綜合還是很推薦的，性價比很不錯，下次和好朋友來濟南玩也會再來住！！！

大床房，首先小院外部環境很好四進的院落，在古鎮的巷子裏，網約車出租車進不來，需要徒步10分鐘走出去才能打車。剛開始住進去感覺非常冷，一進去房間裏都是開窗通風的狀態，最開始還納悶為什麼—下水道反味特別嚴重，特別嚴重，這個應該及時修繕，太臭了，這一點住的非常不愉快。另外早餐個人覺得挺好，像是日式那種定食盒。

衞生環境地理位置都很好。就是入住兩天停兩次電，一次晚上，一次中午時間半小時，這可是濟南一年中最冷的兩天。衞生間暖氣不好，上廁所，洗澡都冷。建議洗澡花灑加個隔斷。

酒店非常棒 非常安全 自己一個獨立的空間 有不同的小院子非常愜意 早飯豐富且全面 前台有求必應 非常有意境 就像老舍筆下的濟南 位置獨一無二 百花洲景區內 出門就是大明湖 500米外就到芙蓉街 有獨立地下停車場 下個月還要去 （碰見了酒店小管家）

原來的流杯2號因設施陳舊導致無法正常入住，過程雖然麻煩，但店家積極配合幫忙換房，最終圓滿解決

就在百花洲景區裏，房間古樸。透過窗户，可以看到遊客走來走去。離趵突泉等景點比較近，走着就能去。但是因為身處景區，洗漱熱水不太穩定，水比較小。值得點讚的是早餐，九宮格定食，一人食正好，不浪費，也很雅緻。
