I was surprised that the hotel was neat for the price. The all hotel staff can’t speak English, but they’re kind. When I asked somethings by body language, they tried to help me somehow, and as a result, they listened to all my requests. And there is no refrigerator in the room. Nevertheless, I would recommend this hotel. I will stay here even if I come back to this area. 👍👍

This hotel is ok for one night. I won't recommend staying for more than one night. I have stayed in Holiday Inn Express hotels in other cities where breakfast is included when booking, but this hotel you have to pay extra for breakfast. For the price, one would expect to have breakfast included. Also, the room I stayed in (room 1009, 10th floor), the bathroom outlet did not work.

Had a great stay! Staff were so friendly! Rooms are cleaned daily and was offered free breakfast for my stay! They are also very flexible regarding check out and I was allowed to check out at 2pm! Would recommend!!

Breakfast so limited compared to other HIE hotels , cleanliness not top also. So many constructions around and so much noise.

This the hotel entrance and to much noise in the hotel from repair work in the hotel and they blame it on the subway work they don’t have a first aid kit in the hotel

Very shabby hotel filled with smoke smell from lobby to the room. I asked to provide for different room, but the room that i got has sink in the room instead of washroom, wifi wasn't working. Construction was going on near the entrance, booked the room for two days but had to change hotel the next day. I have started in Holiday inn express in many parts of the world but the worst i have ever come across with, i am very disappointed.

This hotel is very conveniently located. It’s is also very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The Chinese breakfast is decent too. I would recommend this hotel if you looking for something convenient and budget friendly.
