Gangdu Building is located at the intersection of Fuqian Street and Wenhua Road in Gangcheng District, Jinan City (No. 29 Gangdu Street, Gangcheng District, Jinan), east of the Gangcheng District Government Office Building. The total planned construction area is 48,095.57 square meters, including a above-ground total area of 36,323.73 square meters and an underground total area of 11,771.84 square meters.
The building primarily functions as a reception service center and office hall. The reception service center comprises a lobby area, dining area, conference area, and guest room area.
Lobby Area: Spans four above-ground floors, featuring a lobby, lobby bar, leisure bar, gym, and office spaces.
Dining Area: Covers three above-ground floors and one basement level. It includes a civil servant buffet restaurant with seating for 1,000 guests, 22 high-end private dining rooms, a 300-person column-free banquet hall, a 100-person small banquet hall, and a 200-person buffet area.
Conference Area: Occupies four above-ground floors, equipped with a 500-person tiered multi-function hall, a 200-person video conference room, three seminar-style meeting rooms (capacity 20–70 people), a 100-person classroom-style meeting room, four VIP rooms (capacity 8–16 people each), and two multi-function halls (capacity 80–300 people).
Guest Room Area: Extends over eight above-ground floors, offering 193 rooms in total. These include 1 Presidential Suite, 5 Business Suites, 41 Single Rooms, 139 Standard Rooms, and 7 Family Rooms, accommodating up to 400 guests simultaneously.
The facility is well-equipped to host various high-end events, such as corporate annual meetings, training sessions, and appreciation galas.
