Ulasan Ni Hao Hotel (Jinan Quancheng Plaza Kuanhouli)

Spacious rooms, wide corridors. They did give us a bit of runaround during the check-in process regarding to the acceptance of foreign guests. Not sure if it's due to confusion over policies or simply inexperienced staff.

Everything was good. I would prefer some type of coffee in the room.

We were given the last room without asking. The cleanliness was terrible. There were hairs on the sheets! The linens were also unclean, with indelible stains and holes. The sink wasn't cleaned, or perhaps the staff had washed their hands there. As soon as we walked in, there were water marks all over the place. The faucet was also covered in water marks, and it wasn't even positioned properly. It was so careless, I was speechless. The fan outside the window was so loud that it was very noisy at night!

I can't comment on the food, but I can only say that it's difficult to satisfy everyone, and I can't speak for everyone. After dinner, I returned to my room to shower. It was the most bizarre shower system I've ever encountered. A little burn on the left side, a little cold on the right side—it was truly amazing, truly miraculous.
