"The hotel provides free transportation from airport to the hotel. First impression of the hotel lobby was clean, spacious and no unpleasant smell. The check-in was courteous and efficient. Special appreciation and mention to staffs Nan Yin,Yue Lin, Huang Ning, Xiao Xian and others who were very friendly and helpful. We were in Xishuangbanna for holiday and booked the room for 3 nights. Upon our request , they even upgraded our room to river views for the remaining 2 nights when it became available. The rooms were clean and no cigarettes odour. The famous night market is around 10 minutes away by Didi. There are some local foods within short walking distance from the hotel. The hotel has gym, small library and laundry washing machines / dryers. Overall we have a comfortable and pleasant experience."

"The hotel room was spotless. The front desk staff, especially the lady, was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions with professional service. The surrounding area is very convenient for transportation, with a square, night market, fruit shops, supermarkets, and numerous restaurants, making it easy to find anything to eat quickly. There's also an elevator, which is a nice convenience. All the toiletries were provided, making it a worthwhile choice. We originally booked a two-bedroom apartment, but the owner generously upgraded us to a three-bedroom for free, on the 19th floor with expansive views. Every room offered a river view from the window. Each day, we received WeChat reminders with dining recommendations, travel tips, discounted ticket suggestions, and even car rental options. It was truly an excellent choice, and we'd definitely stay here again."

"This is the best choice if you're traveling with kids! The water park was my children's favorite; they could spend the whole day there. It's a massive kids' water park, plus there's a huge adult swimming pool, two smaller heated pools perfect for toddlers, and several other warm plunge pools. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the rooms come equipped with a fridge and a washing machine. Indoor play areas and dining facilities are all readily available."

"The free pick up service from the train station was excellent. Big luxury van, but the hotel is more like a service apt or air bnb . Lobby on second floor very dingy. But rooms ok with somewhat river view. Bathtub is a fake one. It is literally only there and you can move the whole tub with one hand. Plus is your own washing machine in the room. Breakfast is at a different location and mediocre food. Swimming pool under renovation they said. Very touristy area but convenient. Traffic can be crazy."
