這家是我住過為數不多的很貼心的一家酒店，設備設施不算最高檔，但服務很貼心，從辦理入住，到到達樓層，都有貼心的服務19樓樓層當班服務員會貼心的幫忙搬行李，並周到的問房間裏的飲料是否需要更換酸奶；早餐比較豐富，餐飲部小王及時幫助解決問題，並主動幫忙拿來水果；最意外的驚喜是車前擋風玻璃的一張便簽，兩位工作人員，頂着高温，幫忙把車做了簡單清洗。這家酒店值得推薦，他家地理位置也很不錯，方便出行。

Clean and spacious room. The location is very good because it is right on the shopping mall (the elevator to go up is right outside the complex with a clear sign 'A' to go up the hotel). Great view overlooking the river and a glimpse of old city wall.

酒店設施有點老舊，冰箱裏的飲料小吃都要收費。自駕遊一路玩過來，住的幾家酒店衹有這一家到處看到收費的價碼表。最主要的是收費成人用品的盒子就擺在床頭櫃上，就不能放抽屜裏面嗎？洗澡的時候發現淋浴的水忽冷忽熱，來了個工作人員看了半天，最後跟我説這個水冷的時候也不是很冷，還是可以洗澡的，讓人頗為無語。其他都中規中矩，五星的價格，整體服務跟不上，總讓人覺得不那麼舒服。

沒有嘗試早餐，因為十分方便，就在小區裏買的酸辣粉、牛肉麪和三鮮麪，口味也很好。綠植生長旺盛，感覺很舒適。

每年都要帶老母親或者女兒出遊幾次，這是第一次選擇柏曼，原因是評論上説離古城景區很近。酒店位於一條背街，比較安靜，缺點是晩上很早就黑燈瞎火了，連個宵夜的地方也找不到，衹能點外賣了。酒店步行至賓陽樓和張居正故居大概十五分鐘，離萬達大概得走半個小時，到北京路和大賽巷美食街就得坐十幾站公交了。其他景區因為長者身體和時間關係就沒有去了。
談談感受。入住第一天晚上，一位男師傅用電蚊拍幫忙打死了三頭懸掛在房頂上的巨大的蚊子，第二天自己拍死了兩衹，走廊上的蚊子也比較多，開門的時候生怕乘虛而入。衞生間馬桶旁邊一直有一些淺色的積水，不知道哪裡滲漏的，因為衹住兩晚，就懶得管了。入住的時候特意要了靠停車場的房間，因為評論説靠街的房間會有點吵，結果兩天早上五點多都被停車場清垃圾的車吵醒。早餐普普通通，種類不多，餐廳位置也不大，想吃雞蛋得找服務員要，然後從廚房裡給你拿。
鑒於以上因素，390多一晩的價格感覺有點坑，可能是端午節漲了價，因為剛在大眾點評上看到今天才170左右，不知道是攜程還是酒店的定價問題。總的來説，不會再來了。哦哦，免費接車服務還是OK的，司機美女態度也很好，這是亮點。

PPengguna TetamuWw are lucky to have chosen this beautiful hotel. All the staff are really nice and helpful. Complimentary daily fruits and free coffee 24 available 24 hours at the lobby. The location is just a few minutes walk to the ancient wall. Our room is new and elegantly furnished with a private terrace. We wil definitely look for this botel in future.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The bedding quality is very good. But there were two problems:
1. The shower was constructed wrong so the water drains out into the main bathroom area, even when the shower door fully closed and towels used to try and redirect the water. So the bathroom floor always had a layer of water over most of it.
2. The breakfast might be ok for local tastes, but for a western person the coffee was bad, there was no juice of any kind, no toast or other bread, no bacon or sausage, only hard boiled eggs. We prefer having at least some western breakfast foods which would be easy to offer.
Also, the was the air conditioning was set up, parts of the room would become very cold and breezy while 3 meter away it would be uncomfortably hot. Again poor design.
Overall, I would only give the hotel 2 stars out of 5.

DDeirstarA solid old style hotel. The room was big, the water hot, the bed comfortable and everything needed was provided. The hotel is access from a laneway off the main road and there was no noise from outside. The internal plumbing was very noisy. The hotel is not far from the east gate of the ancient city wall, a great place for a walk and itks easy to get to all the beautiful surrounding gardens. If you turn left on the main street and walk about a block you will find a good little restaurant. Don’t forget to visit the terrific museum.

PPengguna Tetamu帶孩子出來玩路過荊州，正好玩方特，入住的開元酒店，酒店環境可以説是非常棒，服務更是沒得説。簡直就是一個度假村。距離方特，古城，萬達都很近開開車平均就是十分鐘的距離。專門在酒店園區轉了一圈每間房都有一個小院子或陽台讓感官上非常舒服，綠化水系都非常的棒在城市裡有一隅幽靜。提三點小建議：因為綠化和水系的原因蚊蟲問題不可避免，但是可以在每一個院子的周圍點綴上有造型的滅蚊燈減緩一下，二是發現入住酒店的大多數都是帶小朋友的家庭住客，因為非常好的自然條件可以在園區內開闢一塊小童玩耍的區域養一些小動物和安置一些小童的遊樂設施之類的，應該是可以幫助酒店更加提升入住體驗感。三是因為天氣潮濕的原因衣服都不好乾，如果可以的話房間可以配備一個烘乾機或者園區配備一個烘乾房。總之此次入住非常棒。

JJuergenHotel ini adalah Hotel baharu di lokasi yang bagus, sesuai untuk berehat. Ideanya bagus dan Hotel serupa yang sering anda temui di China, mis. di Liuzhou di Guizhou Provinz.
Tetapi itu semua yang benar-benar baik.
Kami menempah suite kerana semua bilik lain telah ditempah (perkahwinan)
Bilik-bilik tidak benar-benar pada tahap seperti harga. Lampu bacaan di bilik tidur ada suis tetapi tiada lampu dipasang...
Suite ini mempunyai tandas pelawat, tetapi walaupun untuk harga yang tinggi sepanjang penginapan kami, tiada sabun dan tuala yang disediakan. Lebih ketara, lipas mati di atas lantai di tandas pelawat adalah kerana penginapan kami yang lengkap tidak dibersihkan. Tidak tahu apa sebenarnya perkhidmatan itu.
Standard sarapan pagi adalah jauh dari rupa Hotel. Pintu masuk Hotel direka bentuk seperti Hotel teratas, tetapi sarapan pagi adalah tahap Hotel bajet cina standard.
Separuh harga untuk bilik dan penghakiman mungkin lebih baik, tetapi dalam kes ini harga dan Perkhidmatan mempunyai jurang yang besar.
