退房的時候，酒店會很貼心的為每位顧客提供一份伴手禮，雖然禮品不是很貴，但是很開心走的時候有禮物給您。

We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay:
**Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店
**Check-In Experience:**
We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.
**Room Comfort:**
Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
**Facilities:**
The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.
**Service:**
The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out.
**Room for Improvement:**
While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment.
**Final Thoughts:**
This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.
In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages.
Would we return? Absolutely!

All in all, it was great. I highly recommend staying because it was a first time here and not familiar with the hotel location right at the intersection. It was convenient. The service was really good because I stayed late at night and hadn't had a meal yet. Then when we checked in, the front desk staff Juanjuan very patiently recommended the local specialties, the taste is very good, The room was also hygienic, clean and spotless. It was a very comfortable stay. Especially the breakfast was exceptionally nice. The breakfast of choice for stay was exceptionally abundant, exceptionally delicious, nutritious, and there was exceptionally much to choose from. Everything was delicious. Families who didn't have a crush on anything and haven't tried it must try it! Sitting in the front desk of the hotel lobby, my little sister also sent coffee. I really did not expect is that there is a toothpick, I really want to cry to death, what a detail of the little sister ah, really super love, although the toothpick is really small, it is not easy to cause bleeding, but I think this best reflects the integrity of the equipment rich. You name it. yeah. Well, the front desk sister has prepared for us, dare not say 100%, there must be 99%, highly recommended. I really do. It'll be like my own house. I'll be sad if you don't come.

RRolixThis hotel is definitely a premium one, from the greeting at the entrance by a very friendly and outgoing male receptionist at the first floor to lovely female receptionist on the 22 floor. Although, the check in time was about forty minutes wait the staff regularly updated us on the situation of the room so this made the wait time easier. Also, the hotel is located in a prime area with easy access to malls, restaurants and other fast food brands.
The room was modern, with a unique layout. The amenities from TV, to bathtub, smart toilet, curtains, and lights were also functional and easy to use. The bathtub was spacious, which provided for lots of comfort and space to move for someone with a larger body frame. Additionally, the toilet and bathroom were quite spacious and very clean. Other than the room the hotel has spa, bar, restaurant, and Cafe services.
Breakfast was top-notch, with many Western and Chinese dishes to pick from. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and loved that we were able to enjoy dishes from around the world.
All in all, lovely hotel that depicts premium in staff, location, room, and food.

OOtoyaWe chose this hotel because of its non-smoking policy [a lot of hotels in this town allow guests to smoke in the room]. We spent one day in a suite and one day in a 2-bed ”mountain view” room [view from our windows in the pictures] The 2-bed room was huge, 120cm beds, no fridge. The suite seemed bigger in the photos, nice, with a fridge and very big bathroom. Both rooms with A.C., both equipped with a universal charger, a tea set with 2 bottles of water 0,5l each, both with intelligent Xiao Du light, courtains, tv and wc system, windows equipped with mosquito nets. ”Mountain view” and some photos suggest 'Zen' style high end neighbourhood, but in reality it is a very, very regular chinese neighbourhood. There is only chinese name on the hotel building I think. We arrived one hour before the check-in time and get the room without any problem. The young female receptionist was extremely helpful and polite, used the translator app to communicate. She helped us to buy the right tickets and a hotel menager accompanied us to the nearest ticket office. The hotel is very close to the Qin palace and Dream Valley. There are 2 tourist bus lines (A and B) connecting most of the scenic spots, every 30 min, a ticket costs 2 r.m.b. one can pay in cash in the bus, this bus service stops about 4.30 p.m. Apple maps app works OK, google maps app does not work in China. We took a taxi from Yiwu station (1 hour) to get to the hotel, 170 r.m.b. and about 43 km one way if one goes the shortest way or 220 r.m.b. and about 63 km via highway, a taxi from Qingming palace costs about 20 r.m.b. There is an annual ticket for 898 r.m.b., this ticket is for one adult plus one child or just one adult - all 13 scenic spots included [Dream Valley excluded], one can enter each scenic spot only once a day. I think 2 scenic spots in one day is a max, maybe 3 because most of the spots closes about 4.30 p.m., only one or two are closing about 8 p.m. There is no printed ticket only passport data in their system so you enter by showing the passport.The Hengdian Studios I think are not prepared for foreign tourists at all. Their printed map is very small, hard to read, does not show enter gates or ticket offices, their website is not helping, in theory there is an English version but with very little information, the chinese website is better but still not very helpful, there is no list of all 13 scenic spots or the opening hours, only information about the major ones.

DDashanI think, expensive hotels like this are booked so we have flawless stay in places where we have language barrier. Here, no one can speak communicative english.
We had booked delux suit, they said they uograde us to better room and when we reach the room, we got was loft room, climb up the stairways. Reach the room entrance and that floor only had small siting area, like a guest sitting adea and a small guest waahroom and bedroom, closets, waahroom, bathtub, library kind of area, all were on the upper floor. The stairways was on almost double the height.
We had booked for 1 night, we had been there for an event and we had checked in at 7 pm to attend an even at 8 and checkout the next day. It was of no use to go to the receiption and bang my head as for the language barrier and ask for change of room and explain a why i wanted to change.
A lavish breakfast, but no vegetarian food. This isnt a complaint as it is their wizh but such a huge property should consider and also the food should be well labled. And at last, they are big, 1738 rmb a night, should have proper english speaking team.
Well the loft room looked like as if not been occupied for ling time. Also some places has lot of dust.

I had a zoom meeting next day morning and i happned to use rhe writing deak, the chair was broken, not stable and i am sure they just woukd have fitten the chair well inside rhe desk as if no one will use.
All too bad. I am sure they would not be a bad hotel but what we had was extremely bad.

JJean-PierreSecond time in 3 weeks that we booked and stayed at this hotel. It is one of the best hotels that we have stayed at. We will come back again. We stayed in a Superior Queen Room looking onto a big lake which was very beautiful. We went to the pool and had a sauna as well. Breakfast was great and supper also looked great but we did not eat supper there. One disappointing thing was the Costa coffee that we had while waiting for our Didi. It was ice cold and cost a lot of money. The free coffee at breakfast was better than that, so I would not recommend that(maybe it was just my bad luck).

Bbingbing1999是一個很大的山莊，環境很美，清晨的空氣真的是非常清新。可能年數久了，設施有點陳舊。房間很乾凈，衹是馬桶有漏水。開熱水要等上一段時間。前台衹有一個阿姨，入住的時候，正好有一批一起來的，等了一會兒時間。帶房間的是一個大爺很客氣，挺適合一幫朋友來度假。
