After further experience, it seems that this place is typical for this area at this price range. So I guess I got what I paid for. But still, I was significantly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness.
The lobby seemed clean and new, but after that, the elevator, hallway, and room were disappointing. And although this room was a bit cleaner than a cheaper room at a different hotel nearby, the floor and bathroom were still noticeably dirty. There was a stain on the bedsheet, which I don’t doubt was perfectly sanitary, but still added to the impression of it being dirty. There were some free condoms and lube in a container near the bed, which made the place feel even more shady and unappealing.
Besides those things, it was fine. The breakfast on the top floor (you have to go up a set of stairs to get to it) was ok, though quite simple, Chinese-style breakfast items.
Overall, it was tolerable, and from experiencing a few other hotels later during my stay, I came to see that it’s hard to get anything much better than that for that price range. I paid about $28/night for this place. If you want a clean place to stay, you’ll probably have to pay a decent amount more money, probably more than $40.

酒店地理位置相當不錯，沒選錯，來聽陳奕迅泉州演唱會，本來覺得離體育場有點距離，還猶豫了一下，但已經算晉江離體育場比較近的酒店了，最後聽完演唱會，出門坐演唱會公交1號線，一站地就到了，10：40已經回到酒店了，下次有機會還選這裏。

離泉州市區有點遠，周圍環境一般，停車場就在門口，車位不多，房間裏面還好，房間大，早餐衹能湊合湊合吃。

有免費停車位，前天人員也有問必答。但是酒店硬件條件還是欠缺，是舊賓館改造的，所以每個房間設計都有點奇怪。大床房一個柱子角正對大床，另一個大床房就沒窗，幫媽媽訂的雙床房煙味超大。我們的大床房的廁所漏水，枕頭和被子都是會爬動的蟲，不知如何評論這個衞生條件是好。
