I booked a 'Deluxe King Room' for a 4-day, 3-night stay. Upon check-in, the front desk agent, Ms. Zheng Jianting, kindly upgraded me to a 'Luxury King Room' free of charge. That night, the central air conditioning was stuck at 26 degrees Celsius, making it impossible to sleep due to the heat. I immediately informed the front desk, and the hotel manager, Mr. Li, along with front desk staff He Ting and Wang Yichao, proactively addressed the issue. They then upgraded me from the Luxury King Room to an Executive Suite, and later, once again, upgraded me to a Presidential Annex Suite without any hesitation. The housekeeping staff, particularly Ms. Wang Famin, provided warm and sincere service. On the morning after my check-in, when I went for breakfast, perhaps a bit late, I noticed two issues: first, the variety of dishes was limited, and second, there were no staff members guiding guests. I provided feedback to the hotel, and to my pleasant surprise, the very next day, the restaurant not only had a richer selection of dishes but also had several service staff present. I commend the hotel for its willingness to genuinely accept customer feedback and promptly implement improvements. I want to thank all the aforementioned staff members for their warm and sincere service and hope the hotel recognizes their excellent work. I wish the hotel continues to strive for even higher service quality and enjoys thriving business.

We only stayed for a little over four hours for our child's impromptu nap, so it was good value for money, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. However, there were two awkward points. I understand the concept of a wet and dry separation in the bathroom, but the toilet is in a separate space outside the shower area with no partition whatsoever. Even with the bathtub window blinds drawn, the bathroom sliding door still has a small glass panel, which was a bit awkward for a family trip. Also, it took us ages to figure out how to turn off the light strip near the kettle.

Surprisingly clean and spacious! It's quite close to the airport and very quiet, which I really appreciate. My kids loved it too. There's a Starbucks downstairs, and ordering food was super convenient. Plus, there's a mall not too far away. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was tidy, clean, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made the experience even better. Breakfast was also a highlight, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options in a pleasant dining area. The overall service, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

This hotel is dying for remodeling, very old decor, but still very clean. The gym was very old, old equipment, old decor, old swimming pool, just need major update. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices, and it is very old style, and taste was ok. Service was good, one of the managers helped me to open up the east side door so I don't have to walk in the rain, very nice gesture. Price was cheaper than the other 5 stars hotel in the city, but you get what you paid for.

This is my second time staying at Jinjiang Baixiang Hotel. This time the hotel received a lot of guests and the business was very good. The front desk staff had a good attitude and thoughtful service. They helped to solve the problems reported in time. The room was clean and comfortable, with complete facilities. The experience was good and the breakfast was OK. I will come again next time!
