The hotel has been around for a while, so it's a bit old but nothing major. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Zheng, provided great service and arranged a high-floor room for me. The breakfast on the first floor wasn't particularly outstanding; I hope they can improve it in the future. Also, it would be great if they could upgrade to screen-mirroring TVs for more convenience.

The river view is absolutely stunning and expansive. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The service was also top-notch; Miss Eva frequently checked in to see if I needed anything, which was very thoughtful. I have a great impression of Quanzhou and will definitely be back!

The hotel's facilities are top-notch. The room was spacious and bright, equipped with smart devices, high-quality toiletries, and a comfortable work area. The fitness center and other amenities were also comprehensive, meeting both my exercise and leisure needs. I truly enjoyed a high-quality stay here.

Our stay at the Hilton Quanzhou Quanshang was absolutely wonderful. The hotel's location is super convenient, and our room was spacious and comfortable with soft bedding. The cleanliness was also spot on. Since it was Chinese New Year, the hotel had a bunch of festive activities planned, which was a huge plus. We tried the hair ornament making and painted 'dropsy beasts,' adding so much to the holiday atmosphere. Both adults and kids had a blast! The service was also very attentive. Any issues we had were addressed promptly and with a friendly attitude. The only minor downside was that the bathroom waterproofing wasn't great. Water tended to leak out during showers, making the floor a bit damp. Hopefully, the hotel can improve this with some maintenance. Despite that small issue, our overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here, especially during Chinese New Year. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing hotel

Consistent quality and great service from the staff. Had one minor issue which needed solved and it was sorted by the staff extremely professionally.

This hotel is not centrally located but it commands good river view ( 晉江 ). It is dated and needs immediate full refurbishment. The quality of breakfast in the cafe is very poor, and there is room for improvement in respect of the service of some staffs. However, I have to express my appreciation of the execellant service extended to us by Miss Lisa Yang, the restaurant manger, who offered to buy for us sugar-free yogurt when she learned that we don’t take sugar-added yogurt due to health issues. The Chinese restaurant is a bright spot in the hotel. The food and service provided there is sumptuous and outstanding. Best hotel in quanzhou, sunny has upgraded my room as well for free, very corporative staff

This time, I stayed at the Hilton hotel with my colleagues. ALEX at the front desk thoughtfully arranged two rooms together on the same floor, which was very thoughtful. Not only that, he also helped us deliver our luggage to the room, and the service was quite good. The breakfast on the first floor is okay, but the dishes are not very rich.
