Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Kaunti Jintang

Need to extend my stay in Chengdu due to some personal matters. This hotel makes me feel at home and does its best for me. Appreciate the warm hospitality indeed! Strongly recommend traveller to stay in this hotel. The amenities are plenty and I would recommend the night market.

Hotel yang sangat bagus! Terasa di rumah! Bilik-biliknya besar, dengan balkoni, semua kemudahan dan hiasan sangat bagus. Taman permainan kanak-kanak, kolam renang dan gim adalah percuma untuk digunakan! Perkara yang paling asas ini tidak disebut. Saya mula bercakap sejak saya tiba di kedai. Sebaik sahaja saya memasuki lobi, penjaga pintu menyambut saya dengan sopan dan bertanya sama ada saya boleh membantu dengan bagasi. Disebabkan saya sampai lebih awal, saya fikir saya akan menunggu sehingga pukul 12 atau 2 lebih seperti hotel lain untuk mendaftar masuk. Hasilnya, daftar masuk dibuat dengan cepat, dan bilik di tingkat yang lebih tinggi juga diberikan. Selepas berpindah, buah-buahan akan dihantar tidak lama lagi. Saya meminta pelayan di tingkat 7 untuk memberi kanak-kanak itu berus gigi, dan apabila saya melihat bahawa saya membawa dua kanak-kanak, saya membawa mereka dalam pendua, selipar kanak-kanak, syampu kanak-kanak, dan jubah mandi kanak-kanak. Sayangnya saya tidak mengendahkan nama itu, baru saya tahu itu adalah pelayan di tingkat 7. terima kasih yang ikhlas! Pada sebelah petang, terdapat seorang badut di lobi mengajar kanak-kanak membuat belon. Kanak-kanak sangat gembira. Kerana hujan, mereka memilih untuk ke pusat sukan untuk berenang. Pengawal itu juga mengingatkan khas untuk tidak memakai selipar pakai buang hotel ke pusat sukan. Pergi untuk mengambil bahagian dalam kelip-kelip terbang pada waktu petang, dan kembali dengan sangat menyenangkan. Bilik itu mempunyai susu dan makanan ringan berganda. Dan beg sampah itu juga diganti dengan yang baru. Melihat saya minum dua botol air, saya membuat dua botol baru! Untuk sarapan pagi keesokan harinya, saya mengambil dua orang anak. Mengikut peraturan, saya sepatutnya membuat sarapan pagi seorang kanak-kanak. Tetapi daripada menyebut sepatah perkataan, kakitangan restoran dengan sabar bertanya tentang citarasa kami, memperkenalkan susun atur restoran, dan memerhatikan kami. Mungkin sukar untuk membawa anak-anak mendapatkan makanan, tetapi juga mengambil inisiatif untuk membantu membawa kopi. Ini menunjukkan kemanusiaan dan kelantangan hotel! Banyak hotel 5 bintang melakukan lebih baik daripada hotel yang pernah saya tinggali! Selepas makan, kanak-kanak itu berkata dia ingin memberi makan ikan, jadi dia berlari ke pengurus lobi dan bertanya jika ada makanan ikan untuk dibeli. Pengurus lobi pergi ke bilik simpanan dan membawa makanan ikan kepada kanak-kanak! Juga digesa untuk memberi perhatian kepada keselamatan. Semasa mendaftar keluar, adik-beradik Xiang Yufeng dan Huang Ziqing di kaunter penerimaan tetamu juga sangat baik dan mengingatkan kami untuk mengimbas kod QR untuk mengelakkan bayaran letak kereta. Banyak hadiah dan coklat turut diberikan kepada dua beranak itu! Semoga perniagaan hotel maju jaya! Akan datang lagi!

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

新酒店很巴適！房間簡約大氣，是暖色調很喜歡，早餐豐富，還有麪條！床品也非常舒服，滿滿的質感！4F還有茶樓，入住可以免費喝茶！談事很好，也值得推薦！

很開心，真的很開心，發現了一個寶藏酒店，以前也住過星程，但這家不一樣，首先因為來的晚了，一進大廳環境很好，雖然是晚上，但大廳很亮堂，前台小妹服務超級熱情，又是倒茶，又是送小吃，看見我手破了，貼心的給我拿創可貼貼上，很暖！還給我提行李送我到電梯，很感動。進到房間很整潔，乾淨，很舒服。水壺也很乾凈，特別是喝水的杯子相當乾淨透亮，這個真的要點贊，全屋是小愛同學在控制，滿滿的科技感！這裏的服務員見麪就會主動的問候，早餐也是相當的豐富，種類很多，特別是大家的煙筍牛腩麪，超級好吃，最後退房的時候還送了我一個小掛件當作禮物，好開心！交通很便利，周邊小吃，超市因有盡有，很便利，還有一個不錯的KTV，真的值得推薦！

出行之前 就有人跟我對接 並提前安排好擺渡車到停車場來迎接 早餐是以實際住店人數為準 而且非常精緻！還送了3張繁花山谷門票 而且住店贈送的下午茶裏面好多吃的 3個人根本吃不完 晚餐説的是雙人餐 我覺得至少夠4個人吃 晚上還贈送了糖水 尤其值得表揚的是 全程服務貼心且周到！ 微信都是秒回哦！ 私家湯池也很乾凈衞生 總之灰常滿意啦！服務這塊也必須滿分啦！老闆務必酌情給員工獎金哈！🙏🙏🙏

很讚的酒店，位置好找，內部配置很智能，乾淨衞生，居住舒適，每次來淮口都是住這家酒店，性價比超高了👍前台小姐姐也很好，體貼周到，整個酒店都感覺讓人舒心👍

這次因陪孩子考試入住，去大學城十五分鐘左右，自己開車很方便。我們在網上定的高級大床房，自動享受升級後住的豪華大床房，房間較大，設施方便，小度很可愛，方便使用。酒店內部環境不錯，服務真是周到，有求必應。我們第一天入住是下午5點過，遇到了據説是有史以來的第一次停電，酒店應急措施還可以，樓梯間馬上安了手電筒照明，又去買來蠟燭送房間，去借充電寶還享受了免費。7點鐘就來電了，有驚無險，此後就開始享受温暖舒適的感覺了，中央空調效果好，被子剛剛好。總之是下次來金堂還想住的地方。酒店周圍方便選吃的，離毗河大橋很近，可以欣賞河景。

首先這家酒店有非常好的設計感，可見酒店方的品位很不錯。其次酒店的硬件設施和軟件設施都很好，水龍頭淋浴頭都是配了不錯的品牌。洗頭水沐浴露這些都是相當不錯。還有產品也很好，床墊的軟硬程度相當合適，而且配了羽絨枕和棉花枕兩種枕頭供客戶選擇，完全是五星級的水平
