房間硬件設施還可以，位置也好，周邊吃飯很多，但管理維護太差，牙刷有一個是開過口的，不知是不是上位客人用過的，牙膏也是一丟丟，用一次就沒了，馬桶光光響，抽水要手動看着，大門反鎖也擰不上，最重要就是停車位太少，飯店客人一佔用就滿了，門口保安讓自己去外邊路邊找車位。最後再次提醒，如果訂的是夜間10點以後入住的房型，10點起想早點入住，必須補差價哦。

客觀真實的評價一下:23年新開的酒店，在攜程顯示是四星，實地看酒店的規模是高檔型，設施全新，全屋智能控制，衞生乾淨，枕頭配了兩種，一種是羽絨的一種是乳膠的，床也比較舒服。地理位置優越，周邊配套齊全，值得點讚的是服務非常好，前台的每一位員工以及樓道內遇見的保潔大姐都是態度熱情微笑面對，真的是賓至如歸，酒店還提供了小童專用洗漱用品及拖鞋，配有送餐機器人。早餐餐廳雖然小但菜品也很豐富，麪檔不僅有各種麪條還有餛飩，美中不足是補菜補的太慢了。總之就是非常值得推薦！房間照片忘記拍攝了，衹有幾張早餐廳和大堂的，湊合看吧！

經常出差住酒店，這次入住希爾維亞酒店給了我特別的驚喜，首先辦理入住的子軒美女禮貌接待，並熱情的給升了智能客控的房間，進入房間就特別敞亮的落地窗，放了行李去旁邊小吃街吃了點房，回來窗户邊嗮太陽太奈斯了，酒店新裝修的，房屋乾淨大氣，洗澡水特別舒服，水量很大，晚上睡覺特別安靜，一覺到天亮，完美的入住，強烈推薦出差，旅遊的寶子們入住，真的各方面都特別有性價比。

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at thos lovely hotel. Lovingly restored by the current owner Mr Wang. He is the 6th generation owner of the property.
Until 10 years ago it was a derelict and dilapidated building. He poured money, time, blood, sweat and tears to restore it
And it does feel and look like a traditional house.
You feel you are going back in time.
Firstly the customer service is way beyond the call of duty. Its so good, i would recommend staying with mr Wang at whatever hotel he runs.
He picked us at the Lower East Gate, and brought us to the hotel, then took nearly half an hour to explain in great detail where we need to visit, whether the sights be in the city or outside the city.
Some of his suggestions, not on the tour books were very good . For example he suggested 3 restaurants, and we avoided them thinking he was getting a kickback.on our 4th and last day we tried restaurant no 2 of his. And it was good , the food and service were good. The prices were average with other restaurants and we got a 10% discount being the hotel's guests. And remember we had eaten 10 meals by the time we came to his suggestions.
Another suggestion of Mr Wang was Ma family home - also a very good tip from him.
Everytime we had a request or question he always responded with enthusiasm.
On our last day we checked out at 4am and he still took us to the pick up point at that ungodly hour.
Yep Mr and Mrs Wang's customer service is just first class.
The room was large, queen deluxe double, and the furnishings were traditional chinese furniture made of Rosewood. Very Expensive furniture for a hotel room. Shower worked well and was hot. However be aware its chinese style wet floor system ie there is no shower curtain between the shower and a small part of the bathroom does get wet if youare not careful. MR Wang said it will be one his improvement on his priority list. Hopefully by the time you booked the problem will have been resolved
The hotel is very close to the main streets. About 5 min walk.
The city of pingyao is worth visiting, it is one of the very walled cities left in China, with its old buildings intact and people still living it. All the city walls are also intact. Magnificent at night.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed 3 nights in this hostel. I liked it really much. I felt at home there. The owner are really kind, they speak English very well and, they are keen to chitchat with you after your day which is really nice when you are traveling alone. Also the hostel is really clean. On top of that, the hostel is nice with lot of plants. The location is great it's only 2 min walk to reach the old town. To conclude, i highly recommend this hostel in Pingyao and I would come back without any questions.
Je suis resté 3 nuits dans cette auberge. Je l'ai trouvé vraiment très bien. Je m'y suis senti ”comme à la maison”. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, ils parlent très bien anglais et ils aiment discuter avec vous à la fin de votre journée, ce qui est très agréable lorsqu'on voyage seul. Également, l'auberge est très propre. De plus, l'auberge est bien décorée avec se nombreuses plantes. Enfin, l'auberge est très bien située, elle est à seulement 2 min à pied de la vieille ville. Pour conclure, je recommande chaudement cette auberge et j'y retournerai sans hésitation.

IIGreat location, quiet neighborhood but not far from the center. The room is clean , comfortable and has the atmosphere of an old traditional home. It is the service that needs significant improvement to warrant the current four star rating. The price was for two people and yet, there was one tea bag per person, a very small roll of toilet paper and the facial tissue bixes were almost empty. The breakfast was no better: ine boiled egg, a small bun, a bowl of sweet porridge and a tiny slice (about one tenth) of a sweet potato and a root vegetable, with a tiny portion of pickled cabbage. For a mainland B&B well below standard. What’s more, the old nan who was on duty in the morning would pick up dirt from the floor while handling food with bare hands and had trouble finding toilet paper in the storage room while I waited outside in freezing weather. The host is friendly and helped with orientation and organizing transfers to the railway station, so with little improvement in service this could be a good choice for Pingyao.

Really impressive with the service provided by the owners. You just need to arrange with them to pick you up and sending off to the train station for free. Will definitely stay in this beautiful place when visiting Pingyao Ancient City.

RRinMMReally love the hotel’s a**osphere. It is cool both scenery and weather. There aren’t much noice and people around the hotel, a little walk and you will reach some of the tourist’s attraction. Some employees can speak english or if not, wechat is the best help. They also booked taxi and drop us off by the taxi, the service was wonderful. Will stay here again if there’s a chance of visiting.

MMufVinArMy stay at the Red Lantern Inn in Pingyao was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, the owner was incredibly friendly and provided full-service hospitality. I was even greeted with a thoughtful gift of vinegar upon check-in. The hotel is unique and charming, not your typical modern hotel. The reception is located in a shop at the front, but the hotel's name is clearly displayed, making it easy to find. The directions on Trip.com were accurate, and although it’s a bit of a walk from the North Gate, it’s worth it.
The atmosphere of the inn is enchanting, transporting you to old-world China. The rooms are simply designed yet very comfortable. The hotel also offers traditional costume rentals for photos, which was a fun experience.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The owner helped us arrange a bus for sightseeing and even provided a free ride to the Pingyaogucheng Railway Station, despite it being quite far. The car was spacious and comfortable.
To top it all off, I experienced my first snowfall here, making my stay even more magical. I highly recommend the Red Lantern Inn to anyone visiting Pingyao. It’s a place that offers not just a stay, but an unforgettable cultural experience!

We took the high speed train arrived at Pingyaocheng station which is around 15 minutes away from the ancient city. When you enter the city wall gate, you will be amazed of the narrow streets and cobblestone road. Picked Yundingxuan hotel because it was closed to the North gate so
If the taxi was to dropped us off it’ll be a short walk but the driver dropped us off near the hotel because cars are not allowed within the main streets.

I was surprised how big the hotel complex was. All the staff were very nice, the main host spoke English, and the breakfasts were traditional Chinese breakfast. We stayed two nights and we felt safe throughout our visit. My wife and daughter appreciated the three hotel cats and all the felines throughout the city.
I’m sure the other hotels are fantastic and will give your a unique experience but I can vouch for Yundingxuan. Just be prepared to get out your comfort zone but be amazed by the visual and taste of Pingyao Ancient City.

KKeaiderenzailvxing房間非常乾淨，體驗了山西的土炕文化很不錯的感覺，空調洗澡水都很給力。客棧位置絕佳，在市中心，鬧中取靜，距離古城各個景點和網紅餐廳都不遠，晚上回來晚了也不會擔心安全問題。客棧老闆特別好，來之前就幫我們預訂了《又見平遙》的演出票，到了後非常熱心的幫我們指路和介紹古城風貌，還有客棧的小哥哥幫我們接送行李。每天晚上回到客棧，不管多晚，都能看到老闆在門口等我們回去，老闆説要等到所有客人都回到客棧才放心睡覺，非常負責任和暖心的一位老闆，很贊。客棧的小院子打理的乾淨衞生，可以悠閑的喝一杯功夫茶，非常放鬆。下次來平遙古城，還會選擇住在這裏的。
