2024年開業的新酒店，距離潯陽樓步行可以走到。早餐不能説特別豐盛吧，至少還算不錯了，衹是炒蔬菜少了些。酒店的後面可以免費停車，酒店前台會提前聯繫，告知怎麼直接開去停車場，服務很不錯。晚上還送深夜粥，小菜和足浴。附近步行可到的廬姐粉麪館和大眾點評2024必吃榜的一切燒菜館都很不錯，推薦去吃哦！

房間安靜整齊，店員禮貌服務周到，還送了新年禮物。早餐種類少些，不過性價比高，希望洗衣房的洗衣液能用品質好的，具有殺菌消毒的。畢竟是公用的。現在用的是藍月亮的瓶子罐裝的別的洗衣液，手洗衣服都沒什麼泡沫
