Staffs were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Food was amazing and quality of the ingredients were fresh.
Viewing of the night sky was beautiful.

The room was clean and modern with a picturesque view of the mountains. The service was excellent- I had toe blisters due to long walking during the trip. I informed the hotel crew of the medication needed to help with my condition. The boss personally drove out to purchase the required medication and sent them to my room himself. When I asked how much the medication costs, he refused to take any payment. I was touched by his willingness to go the extra mile to help me. Will stay again next time I visit the area!

nice place and great service! helped to do laundry for free as well! Peng Shuo has amazing service and hospitality. communicate with staff in wechat. toilet is the japanese style one which was great. breakfast was good. will stay here again!

Had a great stay at Tixin Meisu. The knowledge and friendly team at the hotel will walk through with you of the amenities in the room as well as let you know how to best utilized your time at Jiuzhaigou valley and Huanglong national park so you don’t have to walk aimlessly. Breakfast was homely and there are laundry services which the clothes will be wash for you. There are also car services to/fro Jiuzhaigou valley which is about 15mins from the hotel and 5 mins walk to the opposite mall which houses 5 star hotel such as Conrad. The open air mall has bonfire every night for tourist as well as a very good Mao Niu hotpot that is highly recommended!!
Shout out to the boss/ manager of the hotel which helped us out with the last minute booking of car to the railway station when we were unable to board the share-car that we had initially book. He kindly arranged a cab for us and even insisted that we only pay the shared-car fare — he covered the rest of the cost to the railway station, even though he had no obligation to do so. Tip for those that will be coming: Please arrange your transport to the railway station in advance as it is quite hard to book a didi in JZG. I’ll gladly visit again in the future!

The hotel created a chat group specially for our stay, and provides pick up and drop off service to everywhere we go. Room comes with an impeccable view and amenities provided were top quality. The driver recommended by the hotel drives safely in tbe mountainous routes, providing peace of mind to parents. Overall pleasant stay and highly recommended.

From Malaysia, Room super duper clean! Best and pleasant stay ever in china, all are expensive and modern facilities, nice view from room you can see the mount view, they serve very nice breakfast taste good and natural. Beside they provide transport to jiu zhai valley no even use to walk they straight send you to the front gate! The host is damn friendly and nice and patient explaining culture for “藏族”zang zhu, dont hesitate to book this definitely 100% recommended this!

Very satisfied with the service and accommodation provided by the minsu as it is located right opposite a neighborhood mall surrounded by Hilton and Conrad hotel. Very good breakfast with free freshly grind coffee, and 24 hours dedicated butler service. Would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel when come to Jiu Zhai Gou.
