The room was exceptionally clean and comfy. The curtains randomly opens and lights randomly switched off (once or twice a day) but that's manageable, everything else is working great!
The hotel has a hidden restaurant on the second floor which we got 12% discount and a free dessert, and everything taste great!
The location was perfect. There are too many restaurants around. It is located between Jiuzhaigou scenic area (1km) and the Moon Bay parking lot (500m) where the shuttles to HSR stations were parked.
I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is comfy and clean, come with free snacks and apple as welcome gift. It is a smart hotel room which you can use AI to turn on the tv etc. The staff is friendly and will guide you to the room

We love Siji Yunyin because they have everything we need. The staffs especially Siao Wu and Siao Li was very helpful and courteous. They genuinely showed their care to us and other guests. The room is clean and housekeeping was great. We love the unlimited supply of bottle waters that was provided to us daily.
The hotel is 10 minutes walk to Jiuzhaigou scenic area. We were glad that we did not stay further away from Peng Feng village as the traffic in the morning getting to the Scenic area was bad. There was no fuss for us to get to the Scenic area.
On second floor there is a restaurant serving lunch and dinner. The food was lovely and staffs recommended us their local specialities like Yak meat.
Surrounding this area has various restaurants including halal food and KFC. There are also coffee chains like Starbucks and Luckin. One will not run out of choices.
I would defintely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Our room is on the second floor and very near the restaurant. There is no view and sometime can felt people can peep inside your room. We staying for two nights so we are quite hopeful we can get a better room. Staff generally friendly. If you are dining in their restaurant attached to hotel and your are foreigner, you not able to really fully utilized the discount given to you. The type of discount is giving you to rebate, so you must able to receive money in wei XIN app.

The hotel is in a great location. Just 10-15 min walk from the JiuZhaiGou National Park entrance so you don’t have to be stuck in a Taxi jam to get to the park in the morning. The room was new and clean. We had an episode with the hotel as the information given in the booking page stated Mountain View, but when we checked into the room, the window looked out to a concrete wall. After checking with concierge, she says all of this room type has no Mountain View, despite me showing the description on the booking page (which still stated Mountain View). However, we decided to stay on in this hotel as we liked the amenities, the cleanliness and the location and did not want the hassle of finding a new hotel. We gave a feedback to Trip.com and for them to oversee that the hotel correct the accuracy of the information on the booking page. Just saw that it now states “has windows” , which is correct.

Jiuzhaigou Gem – couldn’t have picked a better spot!
My partner and I loved this hotel. It’s an easy 10-15-minute stroll to the national-park gate, yet right in the middle of the tiny riverside town. Within five minutes we had restaurants, and supermarkets at our fingertips, so we never needed a taxi.
The room itself was spotless and cozy, with wrap-around windows that match the website photos exactly. Waking up to mountain-village views from bed was magical—just remember to close the curtains if you’re planning a bubble-bath, and want to avoid a spectacle for the neighbors! 😊
Little touches made the stay: free bottled water and snacks refreshed daily, plus the staff were only a WeChat message away. They happily mapped out the best Jiuzhaigou routes and timing tips, saving us the guesswork.
If you’re heading to the park, stay here—location, comfort, and genuinely helpful service all in one neat package.

The hotel is well located- about 6 minutes walk from moonbay carpark (if you're taking shared shuttle bus) and about 12 minutes to jiuzhaigou park entrance. We had a lovely corner room with nice view. But, we realized that you can also look into the room from outside. The hotel provide good advice and a map on how to tour jiuzhaigou park. We were able to hear car honk sound in the room. Overall, recommended for a stay.
