Hotel Joao Pessoa dengan Sarapan

Excelente localização. Administrado com eficácia. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Limpo e organizado. Comida boa. Café da manhã fraco, pão velho. Quarto limpo. Foi uma boa experiência. Recomendo.

Everything was great, the room was good, the shower was good, the staff who worked there were very polite and attentive. Great location with lots of good things close to the hotel. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. The only thing I didn't like was the card that didn't open the room door and it was necessary to go to reception to exchange it all the time (it happened to me and I saw several other rooms with the same issue).

Quarto com cheiro de esgoto por alguns momentos. Foi solicitada a troca e só disponibilizaram um quarto com cheiro de fechado, ou seja, não resolveram. Tentamos em outro momento e a atendente da recepção fez pouco caso com o problema. Infelizmente a experiência não foi das melhores em razao deste problema. Sabonete do tipo refil não teve reposição nenhum dia. Por sorte tínhamos um sabonete conosco, já que fomos mal atendidos pela recepção nem perdemos tempo pedindo sabonete. O café da manhã é excelente. Pessoal que trabalha no restaurante atende muito bem. Boa localização.

Já fiquei várias vezes nesse hotel e o serviço sempre é muito bom. Ótimo café da manhã, ótimas instalações e pessoal muito bem treinado. Já fico nesse hotel há anos e, se Deus abençoar, ficarei mais vezes. Ps: uma queixa apenas. Num quarto quádruplo pode-se acolher confortavelmente uma quinta cama sem maiores problemas, mas infelizmente não nos deixaram fazer isso nesse fim de semana. De toda forma isso não mancha em nada o hotel.

This hotel is located in a nice area, only two streets behind the beach and near to great restaurants, cafés, backeries and supermarkets. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are polite and friendly. Rômulo received us at reception with a warm welcome and was always very helpful. The breakfast is good. We were served by a very attentive staff. Neto is a fantastic waiter lovely and helpful. He provided lactose free milk for me during all my stay, with great care. At restaurant you will meet Israel, a very polite attentive waiter. Don't miss the great pineapple cocktails prepared by the bartender Jonas. The menu in the restaurant is good, with many options of really tastey dishes. Unfortunately there weren't many options for fruit juices usually available in Brazil, only lemon and orange. It was the same in regard to cocktails too, the state is rich in many exotic fruits such as cajá, siriguela, goiaba, etc. Overall we can highly recommend this great hotel. Thanks to all the staff. We will back again.

Estivemos no Nobile na semana inteira passada.Estavamos em 2 casais, e tivemos a experiência de 2 aptos. Antes de fechar vi mtos relatos negativos, mas resolvi arriscar por conta da localização e me preparei psicologicamente. Mas p minha surpresa foi bem tranquilo, hotel é antigo, um flat, então cada apto tem a sua particularidade, quarto bem amplo, com sala e mini cozinha,fiquei no 335, apto foi limpo, batia sol, consegui secar roupas, o ar condicionado se incomodasse era só desligar. A piscina tem um tamanho ótimo, e bate sol o dia todos então a água está sempre quente. Tem um lounge no 4,andar, com balanços, sofás, bancos, super gostoso p ficar vendo o movimento da orla. Funcionários, todos super educados e solicitos. Só tive problema com o café da manhã, que é terceirizado p restaurante ”CHAPEU DE COURO”, que era bem meia boca, sempre a msm coisa, só teve um dia q o café estava razoável, dia q teve uma reportagem p TV local, pois nos outros dias era mesa sujas, funcionárias batendo papo, reposição na manivela, até cocô p tapioca faltou e ouvi q esqueceram de tirar no frizeer, conclusão, o hóspede q fique sem. Fiz até uma reclamação na recepção do hotel e ouvi q o restaurante era terceirizado, mas eu não contratei o restaurante, mas sim o hotel, sai de lá aguardando o gerente do hotel me posicionar. Então o ponto fraquíssimo de lá é o café da manhã. Do restante hotel e toda sua estrutura é boa, localização é maravilhosa, vale o custo benefício.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização , os funcionários são excelentes

I would like to start this review by stating that my wife and I loved Joao Pessoa - this hotel only does a diservice to the beautiful city in which it is located, by mistreating their guests and making them feel like they were ripped off, but the city and the beach itself are wonderful places to visit. We arrived to the resort, with reservations paid for online, only to be told at the front desk that we would have to pay 10% more because -they said- my wife made the reservation ”under the senior discount” and we are not senior citizens. My wife assured me that when she made the reservation using the English version of their online web site there was no such reference that the offered rate was for senior citizens. We didn't make a fuss out of this and simply paid (because we could) but right off the shoe, the magic was gone and the front desk people (none who can speak any decent English at all) were in my opinion shady and unprofessional, not a pleasant experience. That same day upon check-in we grabbed our dirty laundry, placed it in a bag, and proceeded to bring it downstairs to the main lobby to be washed, but the front desk person stated that they had no staff to take on these laundry orders (??!!!) and the order would not be ready until a day after we would have checked out. This is not 4-star service (not even 3-star service, mind you). We then decided to take a quick drive around the beautiful town of Joao Pessoa and, upon our return to the hotel later that day, we were met with a jammed-packed, chaotic parking lot scene where there was nowhere to park, even though we had specifically asked (before making our reservations) whether the hotel would guarantee a secure area to park our rental SUV. We had to wait some 10-15 minutes until another staff member came to the parking lot to move a vehicle so that we could park ours - again, not 4-star service, not even close. Back to our room on the top floor, we immediately noticed the air conditioning was not working properly - it was not cooling down to at least 24C and we knew this because we always bring a thermomether on every trip we do) and as much as we'd wanted to get the comfort temperature in the room that we paid for, at full fare, by then we were so disgusted with the staff and their very poor service that we decided to wing it - we were only planning a two-day stay at this resort anyway and we just didn't have any faith in the support that we would get from the hotel staff in the event we'd place a complaint about the faulty room AC unit. Again, not a 4-star experience. The next morning we went downstairs at barely after 9am and asked for two beach chairs and a beach umbrella only to be informed that they were out of beach umbrellas, which in itself makes it impossible to enjoy the beach under the scorching hot temperatures of 100F+ during carnival season. We went to the hotel next door and a very nice guy rented a very large umbrella and two beach chairs, $3 USD out of pocket. B

Hotel confortável, limpo, bom restaurante, café da manhã xcom grande variedade de itens. Funcionários muito simpáticos, gentis e educados. Hotel distante das áreas de maior fluxo de pessoas e de bares e restaurantes, portanto boa opção para quem deseja tranquilidade. No entanto, fica muito próximo para se deslocar de carro até Tambaú ou até a parte mais movimentada de Cabo Branco. Não há acesso a praia na frente do hotel. A piscina é boa e tem um deck molhado bem agradável. Visão muito bonita da área da piscina. Gostamos muito da experiência e recomendamos .
