Excellent hotel, very close to jodhpur airport. Stayed for one night here.
This hotel is strictly vegetarian, so it may not appeal to meat eaters. While the hotel is decent overall, there is a noticeable cooking smell, especially when you enter the lobby. Another issue I encountered was that the shower water wasn’t warm enough for a comfortable shower during the winter months, which was quite frustrating.

This is a dated hotel for local guests - it needs urgent modernization and bringing up to international standards. Does not deserve the Radisson brand! The building itself is beautiful and in good condition. The location is close to the airport, and the staff is friendly. Our room cleaner, Manish, was excellent! Our clothes were carefully washed and folded and returned to us within one day as promised, and this service was reasonably priced. On the other hand, the rooms are very dated and urgently need modernization/refurbishment. The quality of the pillows and bed linen was not great. The door was very thin and flimsy, so we could hear any conversation that was taking place in the corridor. The breakfast did not have any egg dishes - we were told the restaurant was vegetarian, yet they were serving milk and milk products. This is unacceptable for an international chain. Finally, there were NO foreign channels on TV. How is this possible? I am sure the franchise/service contract with Radisson contains a provision that international TV channels must be available. Overall, this is a 3, at most 3.5-star hotel largely for Indian clients, and falls short of what is expected from an international chain. It is also not a value for money.

The hotel was nice Veg food was good. To our disadvantage, it is a vegetarian hotel which we didn't notice while booking. Staffs were cool. Overall stay was pleasant. Beautiful hotel /decor. Room was good..... Spacious Overall we were happy clients

I had an average experience at Radisson Jodhpur. The exterior of the property and pool were beautiful but the interior is shabby and needs modernization. The breakfast room was austere and outdated. The staff were kind but were not welcoming.

Overall, Radisson Hotel Jodhpur is well-regarded for its architecture, cleanliness, and service. Specially front office staff very welcoming and polite towards the guest. Jagyanseni yudhveer pratik I'm happy 👍😊 Excellent work for staffs

First time I had experienced a pure vegetarian hotel, we were unaware of this at the time of booking. The food was hands down some of the best that I had in Rajasthan so far. The service by staff at the restaurant and house keeping staff is noteworthy. Rooms were spacious and we had booked the junior suite which was wonderfully furnished.

Amazing food Good place in jhodpur Really good hotel and services. Room confortable and quiet. Breakfast continental buffet and service was excellent, thanks also to chef Chandan amazing dosa !! There is also a nice swimming pool to use at the end of the day to relax.

Having written over 700 reviews on TripAdvisor, I can safely say that this hotel was the worst hotel we’ve experienced in over 40 years of travelling. Whilst the rooms are adequate, the service is abysmal. It would be one thing if the bad service emanated from one or two members of staff, but all the many “managers” we encountered were worse than the previous one. The issue related to the lack of WiFi (do NOT stay here if you need WiFi), and each and every discussion with a member of staff involved their saying standard sentences like “we want you to be happy”, and “you, as a guest, are most important to us”, and “we will sort it out for you”, and yet nothing changed. It was like talking to a brick wall. Having made a formal complaint to Radisson Asia, the reply from their regional office was professional, but referred the matter back to the hotel. The hotel manager, Mr Thakur, then wrote to me (never bothered to get involved until he was forced to by Regional Asia), and his reply were full of inaccuracies about what had happened and how he wanted to compensate us. Either his staff lied to him, or he was lying to us. Trust me, there are far better hotels in Jodhpur, a most interesting and fascinating city, and don’t let this hotel spoil the city, just as it had done for us. At least the hairdryer worked well !

Really satisfied with the variety and quality of food of the restaurant. The hospitality provided by the staff was commendable, especially, Mr. Hathee, who made sure our Jain preferences were met. The ambience was peaceful and we enjoyed every meal. Highly recommended!
