hotel is nice,clean, convenient. everyday to legoland was rm12. breakfast buffet was nice..alot of variety though food was abit cold and hard. but there were some hot stuffs. alot of local fare. room air con was leaking on 1st night.. need abit of push to get the staffs to help but after that was ok. didn't notice leaking further on. 7-11 downstairs. will return again if we are going back to legoland

Bed sheet is not well-washed and cleaned. Hair, fury and stains can be easily spotted on the bed. The floor cleaner’s work needs to improve. Breakfast not much choices. Cleanliness and sanitation must improved massively!!!! The only good thing is it’s near the Perling mall and bus terminal to Jurong East.

I reached the hotel around 5.30p.m. Unfortunately the room wasn't ready for me to check in. The receptionist said it will be ready within 20-30 minutes. After half an hour the room was still not ready. I had to go somewhere else rather than sitting there waiting. I only came again at around 10.30p.m. And the room was ready to be checked in. What an experience. On the other hand I love the breakfast spread. To me there are varieties of choices. I think I will come again.

Though location is walking distance to eateries. Cleanliness is really bad... Requested for non-smoking room, though there's logo for no smoking, there's still a very strong smell of cigarette when we entered the room. Air conditioning has loud noises at night, which is disruption to light sleeper. The Bedsheet has bloodstained, and kettle is not clean at all??? Even the towels smell and look like they've been used for ages. Lastly, the cleaner didn't even help to empty the trash on the first day of room service. Book at your own risk..🥲🥲🥲

I had a very positive experience during my stay. The room was spacious and impressively clean, with a bed that provided excellent comfort. I especially appreciated the efficiency of the staff; both the check-in and check-out processes were handled remarkably fast. At this price point, having breakfast included is a significant advantage. While the variety is modest, the quality is more than sufficient for a good start to the day. Another plus is the complimentary parking, though a word of caution: the ramps are quite narrow and may be a bit challenging to navigate if you are driving a larger vehicle.

This hotel, advertised as a 4-star, fell short of expectations and felt more like a budget hotel. While the photos on their website looked clean and appealing, there was a noticeable discrepancy between the pictures and the actual room upon arrival. Upon exiting the elevator on my floor, I immediately noticed the carpet was quite dirty with several obvious stains. The overall cleanliness of the room was acceptable, but housekeeping definitely needs improvement. For breakfast, the food was tasty and filling, though the selection was somewhat limited. Overall, the hotel has some of the basic infrastructure expected of a 4-star, but there's significant room for improvement in maintenance, cleanliness, and service details. Given its current performance, it doesn't offer good value for money and the price doesn't quite match the experience.

Short Trip to Johor Bahru. Stay at this hotel easy access to highway. Nearbay got restaurant can having dinner.

All is good and excellent. Staff were polite and courteous and they allow us early check in as the room was available at that time.

Great & strategic hotel. Room is big & spacious. Hotel offered us room with balcony. The sahur (pre dawn meal) is quite delicious & have different varieties. During ramadhan, we always booked this hotel as it's opposite the bazaar perling & perling mall. One of the best ramadhan bazaar in JB!
