very bad. it took me one hour to check in because the guy could not find my booking a week ago

The service not welcoming at all. wifi weakest, the price for our staycation is too high at about $50 SGD per nite.

Its too dusty we just stay 2 hours because i sneeze a lot already when i show the video to the receptionist they are upset and say thank you they even never say sorry snd they will clean our room its really bad experience we will never book this hotel again😏😒😒😒😒😒i i took video but cannot upload

The hotel room was in poor condition. The lighting was too dim, making the room feel gloomy and unwelcoming. Additionally, the cleanliness standards were not up to par. There were visible stains on the bedsheet and the bathroom appeared to be inadequately cleaned.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. However, the very dusty air conditioning unit should be cleaned properly.

Aircon not even working. Theres no thoothbrush. No kettle to make my baby milk. No fridge. Keep asking deposit wen we got no malaysian money. Register counter dont even understand.

Booked a smoking room and it only cost 40 bucks per night which was really worth the price, good location to stay at as well as it is quite near everything relevant to us Singaporeans hehe. highly recommended!! Staff are really kind as well and they even paid for my grab fare

The bathroom is big. Towels a little dirty, so best to bring your own towels. No soap or shampoo provided. Staff is friendly. Location a little quiet but near custom of driving, just 10minutes away. Basic hotel just to stay for one or two nights is ok.

scam hotel,I highly not recommended with this hotel because the aircond not working, the room door can't lock also. Then there are not any basic complimentary, toothbrush, paste, shower cream, shampoo and etc. Its really not worth for the Triplex bedroom that i took ever and its the most worst as well!!!! The staff can go inside your room anytime as they dont have smart lock. The staff said they have a spare key with them.
