Hola 👋 a todos. Me es un placer volver a escribir ✍️ de este hotel que queda en Cuba, específicamente callo santa maria. Es la segunda vez que lo visitamos y la pasamos muchísimo mejor que la primera vez, y la primera vez fue inolvidable. Se lo recomiendo mil veces y no se van a arrepentir. Compruébelo ustedes mismos. Hemos recomendado este hotel a familiares y amigos que han ido y todos terminan encantados y con ganas de volver ahí. De hecho uno de ellos estando allí extendió por dos noches más su estadía. Esto son pruebas de que de verdad vale la pena que conozcan este hotel. Quiero que felicitar a todo el personal de trabajo, desde el director de hotel ( Lician ), que espero que lleguen a conocerlo, una persona especial . También a( Niurka) de relaciones públicas hasta los jardineros y sirvientes de esta instalación.

The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpfull. Thank you to Executive Puan Sarimah Sapwi on your kind helpfull. I was here attending company training. What I want to say is it the ballroom is very spacious and comfort. The room ia a sound proof. The food is very good and deliciuos. It is variety and very tastefully. The High tea also very good especially a mee goreng mamak. Overal is very good.

Location a bit far from City center. I have a very bad experience during late night when I slept. There was someone try to fix the door after midnight. It was so noisy from drilling and the sound from open / close the door. I can’t sleep a whole night. I think too many guests had the same experience with me… overall the room is good and clean except bathroom got a bad smell.

Air cond at living room was defective. Unbearable during these few days when weather was so hot. Ended up we had to check out earlier to soak ourselves in air cond malls. Heater at common bathroom was also not functioning properly. Water was still hot even though the dial of instant heater was set to “off”. We had to turn on both shower heads/taps to mix the hot and cold water ourselves. No hand soap was provided even though Covid taught us to be mindful of hygiene
