Dahulu antara benua. Jadi bangunan lama diperbaharui. Bilik 2017 dari 29 sep 2023. Kapasiti penuh dan hanya 3 lif perkhidmatan. Sekali lagi hotel meminta cukai pelancong kali ke-2 walaupun selepas membayar melalui trip.com. Kena cari resit cukai pelancongan yang diberikan oleh trip.com dan buktikan kepada mereka. Tetapi walaupun selepas menunjukkan kepada mereka resit cukai pelancong oleh trip.com, masih perlu membuktikan bahawa cukai pelancongan Malaysia yang dikutip oleh trip.com. Ia berlaku beberapa kali. Nampaknya hotel malaysia tidak mengiktiraf kutipan cukai pelancongan tempahan dalam talian, oleh itu mereka ingin mengutipnya untuk kali ke-2

My rate Servis nak dapatkan kunci 3/10 - datang pukul 2 utk ambik kunci tapi pukul 3 baru dia bagi sbb tunggu cleaner cuci bilik which means about 1 hour i tunggu dekat lobby utk dpt kunci. Breakfast 8/10 - makanan lain ok, ada roti canai, bubur, kueyteow, bijirin, hashbrown..tapi nasi lemak dia sangat tak sedap. Room 10/10 - sangat luas, bersih dan selesa Parking 1/10 - Datang sini jgn bawak keta besar, memang x lepas. Sempit gila ruang nak ke naik atas. Memang hotel ni nak bagi keta org kena sagat dinding.

My booking was from the 27th of February to the 14th of March. Slightly more than 2 weeks at this hotel. Unfortunately, did not think to take any photos, but I will do my best to describe it. Firstly, I have to mention that I slept in 3 of their rooms in total. Secondly, I booked their rooms under a package deal that was offered at their hotel, and not online (880 for 10 days and something else for 5 days or something). I utilise those 2 deals for the Sakura room consecutively. Finally, I was there for an urgent home visit, so I am mostly not in the hotel or did not want to complain much while I was there. Room: relatively tidy at first glance. First room had some rust marks where the towels were kept, while the second room’s air con and toilet door were broken. I changed from the first room because the toilet got stuck and overflowed in the middle of the night, when there was no maintenance or cleaners. They were also happy to accomodate a second change when I pointed out the broken things in the second room Walls weren’t very clean, and the cleaners seem to cut corners in their cleaning (my hair sheds regularly, and while some parts of the floor were clearly swept, the toilet had some hair, the drain always had hair, etc). They can be prompt in taking trash out but I don’t really like to ask them to come and re clean the room after a long stressful day. This particular room has no windows, so can’t really say anything else. Also, at this budget price, no fridge. Customer service: staffs were very helpful and friendly at any time of the day. Also, staffs can speak English, which is super helpful. Location: if you have never been to Malaysia before or have never been to Johor before, I will just say that public transport isn’t the easiest in most parts of Malaysia. That said, download grab app, and it works great. Koho’s relatively central location means it’s just a few ringgit to most destinations, so great choice there. However, even though it’s central and next to a high way and a supper place, it’s relatively quiet in my room all the time. For the price, can’t really complain. Obviously, with all the issues, I can’t give it 5 stars but I will return again.

with a fee of RM 42++ in line with today's prices.. a strategic location, the hotel is close to many facilities such as restaurants. the hotel is safe to occupy because the entrance has an access card. the facilities provided in the hotel are ok. there is a place to iron clothes, there is a water filter, there is a shower heater. the price of the room is in line with the price. I took a budget room only but it is comfortable even though the toilet is outside the room but the toilet is maintained clean and fragrant
