Our stay at Gir Jungle Lodge was comfortable and the staffs were friendly and helpful. The package included dinner and breakfast. On pre-order they also arange for chicken but the usual meal served is vegetarian, which includes Gujrati as well as Punjabi items. On request the manager provided us a 1st floor room with balcony (ground floor rooms don't have balconies). Room was spacious but even though the room was clean there is a lack of maintenance. Especially the furnitures and fixtures. The resort has ample parking area and driver accommodation. Food for driver is not included and charged at rs. 1000 for three meals. The resort is just two kms from Sinh Sadan on the Junagadh highway. Overall nice experience.

I am a rare contributor to TripAdvisor, even though I have been a longtime member. There were several memorable stops during our recent trip to India, but the best was the exemplary service we received from Click Hotel Junagadh. We stayed there in late January 2024, using it as a base for short trips to Gir Forest & Sanctuary, Somnath, and Diu. The reception and other staff at Click Hotel were consistently thorough, professional, and courteous during our stay. The restaurant, which does not get much online attention, had the best breakfast of any of our hotel stays. Mr. Liyaqt Jilani, Manager at Click Hotel Junagadh, deserves the highest positive recomendation as he spent a large amount of his time over several days in assisting me in completing the local steps and paperwork relevant to replacing my lost US passport and Indian e-Visa. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Liyaqt, his staff, the hotel, and the restaurant.

Gir scintilla is near to sinha sadan ( approx 5 mins walking distance). The road approaching this hotel was under repair and initially we faced some challenges. Once you reach this hotel, staff is good and quite accomodative. But would say it's as per the price we paid which is around inr per day (note, we had short stay of half a day. Kindly carry your kettle and tea bags and toiletries as this doesn't have those facilities. Cleanliness is average and you need to adjust in the room provided. The hotel gave as super deluxe room with ac and fan facility and tv. I would recommend this room for people looking for a short stay or average room facility. Otherwise who are particular about cleanliness and facilities please look out for a premium stay at some other resort. For night stay, look for some other room as it's quite compact and won't suit all. Toilets are not clean as such even for super deluxe. Staff behaviour is good.

Had a solo trip for a couple of days to visit girnar. Met this amazing guy, mr. Narendra who took care of all the logistics for me. They have their own restaurant with good food as well. This hotel is abut 15 mins away from junagarh station and takes abut 20 mins to reach girnar

3. Quality of food at the restaurant was nice. Food menu for lunch and dinner were quite extensive. Cons:
1. The service by the staff was quite slow. Had to reminder multiple times for certain requests. 2. Most of the amenities in the room were not working, like tv, fridge and electronic locker. 3. The control of ac was at the reception. Never heard of this. We had to call the reception for switching in the ac. 4. The room rates we high compared to the overall experience. I would think twice before paying this amount for the room we got. Overall a decent place to spend a day or so but it definitely requires improvement in room and services.

PPengguna TetamuGood location, v. near bus and train station, short walk to assorted meat and non-meat food. My room was big with a table and chair, shower was generally hot WIFI both good and bad,? No breakfast available when I asked. Staff were all really friendly and tried hard even with my non-existent Gujerati, and allowed a v. early check in. I was on the 4th floor but didn’t care as there is a working lift Unfortunately there were a few negatives, the room got v.hot during the day way beyond the cooling capacity of the fan. You can see how it was when it was initially painted and furnished, but those days are long gone, it needs a substantial facelift,? Nylon sheets! Also the bedding would have been appreciated more by something with 4 legs rather than 2 and was not used.All of these may have been acceptable but 1350 INR when I have stayed in many much better places for a lot less money. I stayed 2 nights and if you need to catch an early bus consider.I note hotel/guest house prices in Gujerat seem a bit dearer than Rajasthan though I may be mistaken and food seems cheaper.

OOnAir56793500046Stayed at this place between 6th December and 8th December and here is what i feel about various aspects of this place- 1. Main Entrance and Reception and Security - I arrived at 6 am in the morning there was absolutely NO ONE either in reception or at the security gate. Had to wait for over 15-20 minutes before anyone appeared in reception. The person who came into reception was really not a front desk staff but just a cleaning staff who was kind enough to help us keep our luggage so that we could go and find some tea / coffee. During the day time the reception is manned well and one would not guess what happens at odd hours. 2. Booking rules : Like most hotels our booking time was stated as 12 noon check in. We had asked over a telephone if we could get early checkin since our train arrives at 5.30 am. We were told that we would perhaps get one room out of two we had booked. Understand and appreciate that there are no guarantees. When we enquired after someone arrived in reception on our arrival we were told that there was no way to get a room early - not even one room!!. After some discussion we finally got one room against an additional payment of Rs.2000/-. While we understand that early check in is not guaranteed - perhaps it would have been easier if we had been told that we could secure a early check in by paying extra. We could have avoided a long discussion and a wait after a long train journey. Suggest that this be considered as well provision of some tea / coffee specifically for guests coming by early morning trains. 3. Restaurant : The restaurant in this hotel serves what i would call ”punjabi” food. Not a single local Gujarati delicacy on the menu. On query we were told that they do not serve ”Gujarati” food!! Imagine going to Junagadh and not being able to eat anything like ”fafda or jalebi or even Undhiyu”. Not sure what is the logic of not providing local food!!! Suggest reconsider your menu or replace your chef !!! 4. Equipment and other facilities : TV, AC need to be serviced and maintained properly. There is a carrom board with no powder!!! Simple and small things if managed well will enhance the customer experience!!

It was very good stay, rooms are big enough to accommodate family of 2 adults+2 kids. It is nice property but some maintenance required. Food is very tasty and reasonable. We enjoyed alot here. It have its own mango farm also adjecent to it. Very beautiful and natural environment. Very near to gir forest safari

Hotel is newly built with spacious rooms. Smart TVs, chilled AC, 24 hours hot water, Room service everything was as per the 3 star standards. The hotel also hosts 3 spacious banquets for corporate events and social functions. Suitable for business travel as well as leisure family time
