Outstanding di semuanya pelayanan, makanan dan disediakan fasilitas luarbiasa, cappucino yg disediakan free di breakfast, ada lapangan futsal, litlle chef, kuda dan studio utk nonton film privat yg bisa dipilih sendiri filmnya, pilihan utama kalau pergi ke Batu

Booked for my friend, she brings her husband and her daughter. Her daughter very sureprised with their hospitality, every staff are welcome and give their big smile. The pool and jacuzy was so good, the room quite comfort but she said the breakfast should be improve for the taste.

My stay at The Singhasari Resort Batu Malang was absolutely wonderful—this resort truly knows how to blend luxury with the natural beauty of Batu. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the grand, yet welcoming ambiance. The resort is surrounded by stunning mountain views, and the fresh air instantly made me feel relaxed and recharged. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and traditional Javanese elements. The private balcony was a standout, offering a breathtaking view of the mountains and lush gardens, perfect for unwinding. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided, from plush robes to a well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights was the pool area, which felt like a serene oasis. I also enjoyed the wide range of activities offered—from tennis courts and a mini-golf area to a well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with an array of both Indonesian and Western options, all fresh and delicious. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to help with any request. The location is ideal for exploring Batu’s attractions, like Jatim Park and Batu Night Spectacular, all within a short drive. Overall, The Singhasari Resort Batu Malang offered a perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and convenience. It’s an ideal getaway for anyone looking to relax in beautiful surroundings with exceptional service. I would love to return and highly recommend it!

Great location, clean room, private bath tub in premier room, friendly staffs, free vallet parking, lots of children attraction in weekend But sadly no smoking center /clear restrictions (dining room & lobby), its bit disturbing to bring children Bad experience also when borrowing towel from swimming pool, the staff warn us not to bring the towel back to room, which is very unpleasant (cold and wet)

Newly renovated room (deluxe), huge pool with slides, good playground, so many activities for kids..we really love it!

Door spaces got lots of dust and the bed cover have stains. However, so far all is good, location is strategic, and we experience a good night sleep. Overall, this resort is good for families and staycations.

Room is big and comfy. hotel do get rather quiet at night but it was pleasant.

All the staff are nice and friendly. The food was great. They serve the good Japanese food. I like the bebek goreng at Kutaraja restaurant, taste really nice. Thank you to hotel staff especially the restaurant team.

The Singhasari Resort Batu is suitable for families with children of all ages. There is something for all, with lot's of choice, and a very large swimming pool. The Resort is set on a very large area with extensive gardens, footpath cum jogging around the hotel. Plenty of wet weather and evening activities, well organised and supervised by the EXCELLENT staff, who ALWAYS courteous and have a ready smile. The rooms are very comfortable, being a good size, clean and having plenty of storage space. Food is plentiful, good quality, with lots of choice for each meal in large uncrowded restaurants. Lot's of quiet areas for sitting / relaxing, with plenty of snack menu's and choice of beverage. Car parking is ample, with security / access / location from the main Batu / Malang road being easy & simple. Views of the surrounding hilly scenery and extensive well manicured gardens around the Resort make it scenic and tranquil.

One of the best hotels in batu, great service, good breakfast spread and spacious room Room slightly on the dark side, some rooms being renovated. Overall a good stay. This is my second stay
