Hotel & room was good, service as OK but beds extremely hard otherwise good

Good hotel with hot springs !!’

The facilities are so old that it makes me feel nostalgic. The lid of the kettle in the room is broken. The toothbrush in the amenities is poor quality so I bring my own. The hot spring is very good so I always use it. The breakfast buffet seems to serve mostly pre-made food, but the pork soup is delicious. Whether it's worth 1,400 yen is up to you, but I always eat it at least once since I stay for multiple nights.

I was traveling alone and was looking for a hotel with a hot spring. It was close to the station, had a hot spring, and was great for the price. As it was close to the station, I was able to enjoy my favorite meals outside. The hot spring was slimy and salty, which I love. It made my body smooth. The open-air bath was very small and just big enough for one person to relax in. I enjoyed a relaxing soak by myself. There was a women's only rest area, and staff were there when I got off the elevator, so I was able to bathe in peace. I could see the Ferris wheel from the window of my room, and the lighting at night was wonderful. The only disappointing thing was that the bathroom mirror and other areas were badly stained with water stains.

The accommodation is small but clean and the service is friendly. The hot spring water is also very good. Located in the city center, it is easy to travel and find restaurants.

There is a large parking lot, so it is safe to use your car in Kagoshima city. Everything you need is there. It seems to have a hot spring, so I would like to try that next time.

The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. It only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the airport bus stop.

親子3人で旅行に行きました。3人1部屋だとベッドが大小１つづつの２つのことが多いけどこちらのホテルはちゃんと３つあり、まずそこから感動しました。 Ｌ字のお部屋でテーブルがあるところと、ベッドのところにそれぞれテレビもありそれも良かったです。 駅からも近かったし、2階に温泉もあり小さい露天風呂ぽいのもありました。お風呂の化粧台は４つしかなかったので、人が混む時間だとお部屋で髪の毛乾かすことになると思います。 素泊まりプランだったけど当日の朝にフロントに連絡した朝ご飯を1人1,600円でつけてもらえました。 ビュッフェの残り時間がなくてバタバタになってしまったけど、時間があまりないので欲しいものはたくさん取られて下さいと優しく教えて下さいましたので、テーブルに持ってきた後は食事をゆっくり頂くことができました。ホテルの人がみんな優しくてとても良かったです。 お部屋のお風呂は使わなかったけど浴槽もしっかり大きめで良かったです。

온천 물도 좋고 친절하고 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 투숙객이 입욕하려면 1인당 1빅에 150엔을 추가로 지불해야 합니다.

5세 아이 동반 입실 가능합니다. 트립닷컴은 불가능하다 써있지만 호텔메일 보내니 가능하다네요. 아이 어메니티 따로 주시고 온천 물이 실크입니다. 매일 온천했어요

娘と女2人旅で利用しました。 決め手は、温泉大浴場ありで、街中、何よりリーズナブルだったこと。観光に疲れた身体に沁みる温泉で、室内も綺麗！冬の乾燥も、加湿器付き空気洗浄機が備え付けられているため、翌日の喉のイガイガもなし！文句ないホテルで、また是非利用したいと思います。

とにかく交通の便がよくホテルの2階に位置する温泉♨️は温質はもちろん清潔感があり、ゆったり安らぎをもらえます。 フロントの方よとても親切でオススメの鹿児島のホテルです。
