Hotel berhampiran T.C Ükkase Cami, Kahramanmaras

Otelde bir kaç yıl önce konaklamıştım, açıkcası deprem sonrası çekinerek kaldığımı söylemeliyim fakat gördüğüm kadarıyla bina gayet sağlam ayrıca resepsiyondan aldığım bilgilere göre ilgili resmi makamlardan konaklama açısından sakıncalı olmadığını öğrendikten sonra daha da rahatladım, kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve büfeyi oldukça beğendim odalar çok güzel kokuyordu ve de temizdi , tüm çalışanlara ve yöneticilere geçmiş olsun dileklerimi iletiyor ve de teşekkür ediyorum. As IHG employees, we booked 2 rooms to that hotel, because the price, the benefits and the location of course. For my luck, my friend knows the language. Otherwise there no possibility to communicate. When we arrived around 23:00, wanted to check in, and the man at reception said no English.. Came another one, also no English. My friend asked them about the employees benefits, they had no idea, and said us to ask next day morning the supervisor..try asked him, again no English, and also had no idea and said us to ask the next one. The next one was the same from check in.. My friend called reception to inform that both rooms the safe box not working, no one came.. The day after we asked the cleaners and they fixed them. The same about toilet paper..after 8 hours and after 3 calls the brought us. Also they didn’t helped is when during midnight we needed a pharmacy. They said us to google to find one. Feel so bad when to a 4star hotel you can’t communicate. From the other side a special thanks to the room cleaners.. very polite, very professional all the days.. At room you can find everything you need. Very comfortable and clean. Bathroom also big and all the amenities. The menü cards in rooms was just in Turkish.no English. My friend ordered for us some times room service, food was nice and too much.

Disappointing. Our room, a suite, was enormous and extremely nice but we could not get the AC to go below 27c which made it really uncomfortable. Someone would fix it and then a couple of hours later it would stop cooling again. On the other h and we couldn't get really hot water in the shower. Reception staff were helpful but the restaurant staff were unfriendly. We were surprised because we had had such amazing experiences everywhere else in Turkey.

From the minute I drove into the grounds of the hotel, valet staff 10/10. Reception staff were outstanding, I got a upgrade check in was easy 10/10. The smell of the hotel (very important) made it automatically feel and look clean it was beautifully scented 10/10. My room was overlooking the Silk Road room 1003, bathroom wardrobes bed lounge everything was a 10/10. First good night sleep I have had in Turkey since coming from Australia. Welcome plate made my day. Breakfast 10/10. Dinner was remarkable live music 10/10. Customary soup alaca was delicious. Housekeeping and checkout perfect 10/10

Goed hotel met goede service en goede locatie. Vriendelijke personeel. Er was alleen een probleem met de betaling. Ik had via Trip.com online betaald. Hotel had de betaling niet ontvangen. Uiteindelijk wel goed opgelost

Daha önce otelcilik yapmış ve 100'den fazla otelde konaklamış biri olarak söylüyorum ki, ben böyle rezil bir otel, otelcilik anlayışı görmedim, kesinlikle uzak durun. 28 Mart-30 Mart 2022 arası bu otelde konakladım. 28 Mart sabahı otele ulaştığımda ciddi bir sağlık problemi yaşamaya başladım, kalbim sıkışıyor ve ağrıyordu. Durumu daha kötüleştiren şey bu şehre ilk defa ve yalnız başıma gelmiş bir kadın olmamdı, yardım isteyebileceğim kimse yoktu. Kalbimle ilgili yapmam gerekenleri yaptıktan sonra yaşadığım şehre dönüş bileti baktım ama maalesef günde tek sefer vardı ve iki gün sonrasına kadar uçakta yer yoktu. Çok endişeli olduğum ve kesinlikle yalnız kalmak istemediğim için Ankara’dan bir arkadaşıma yanıma gelip gelemeyeceğini sordum, hemen geceye uçak biletini aldı. Bu durum beni biraz sakinleştirince oteli arayıp ücret farkını sormak istedim ve bana “Otele giriş yaparken tek başımaysam ücret farkı ödesem bile odama kesinlikle ikinci birini alamayacaklarını” söylediler. Ben daha önce otelcilik yaptığımı ve bu söylediklerinin kesinlikle mümkün olmadığını bildiğimi söyledim. Bir sağlık problemi yaşadığımı ve durumun aciliyetini de anlatmak zorunda kaldım. 3 ayrı kişiyle konuşup ne kadar zor durumda olduğumu anlattığım halde, hiçbir şey yapamayacaklarını söylediler. Bunun üzerine yöneticilerden biriyle konuşmakta ısrar ettim, beni arayan isim kendisini Odalar Müdürü Ahmet Bey olarak tanıttı. Ben tekrar bir otelin iki farklı kişinin iki ayrı saatte giriş yapmasına izin vermemesinin mümkün olmayacağını söyledim. Yaşadığım ekstrem bir durum olduğu için de ayrıca yardım rica ettim. Ayrıca maalesef, 3 farklı kişiyle konuşup sağlık durumumu anlattığım halde, kimsenin bir ihtiyacım olup olmadığını sormamalarının da kötü bir otelcilik hizmeti olduğunu çok kibar şekilde söylemiş bulundum, söylemez olaydım. Bunun üzerine Ahmet Bey “hanfendi istiyorsanız size ambulans çağıralım, başka bir şey yapamayız” diye telefonda bana BAĞIRDI! Eğer dermanım olsaydı kalkıp otelden gidecektim ama ne ücret iadesi için ne yeni bir otele ulaşmak için uğraşabilecek enerjim yoktu. Otelde kaldığım 2 gün boyunca tek bir nezaket ibaresi görmedim. Ben otelden çıkarken otele 2 kişilik rezarvasyon yaptırmış bir kadın geldi, birlikte kalacağı arkadaşı otele ertesi gün gelecekti ve ona da aynen benim gibi “2 kişinin otele aynı anda giriş yapması gerektiğini söylediler” ve giriş yapmasa da odada konaklaması için teklifte bile bulunmadılar. Kısacası sayelerinde ömrümdeki en berbat otel konaklamasını geçirdim. Bu otelden şiddetle uzak durmanızı tavsiye ederim.
