The owner is very patient and helpful when we check in . The room is very tidy and clean as described in the photos. The staff from the home stay is very nice to help around. highly recommend to others. The location is very convenient to go everywhere. 我们在 check in 的时候， 老板非常的有耐心和热情招待！ 房间非常的干净整洁！酒店的员工也很热情友好的打招呼！ 酒店的地址非常的方便去清明上河， 河大夜市等景点。

Fantastic location near night Market and temple. Night view room is worth it (overlooking drum tower). Room was clean and had great features. Ac and light controls were in english, helpful for me. Check in and check out we're a bit messy/hectic since there was no visible way to queue and people rushed the desk. Staff were helping multiple guests at same time taking IDs from anyone that offered. Also when we asked staff how far train station was they neglected to tell us there were two train stations. Fortunately, our didi driver clarified.

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

Superb services. The receptionist are very friendly and answers to my questions very promptly. The rooms are clean and quite modern, central heating was just nice. The water heaters are great, they have dry and wet bathrooms as well. The housekeepers will ask you if you need any anything since we don’t really like housekeeping. The breakfasts were standard. Location is good, quite near walking distances to various attractions. We had an enjoyable stay there.

The service staff who check us in was polite and tell us where to go and inform us of the Hot Spring bath room that the hotel has. The only thing is the additional services are expensive. Not worth doing the services. Location wise is strategic and within 开封府 and the 夜市.

這次是途徑這個四線城市而且入住的一家酒店。酒店位置好找在十字路口距開封火車站2公里左右，酒店大堂寬敞明亮、保安大叔和藹可親給你指揮車輛前台小姐姐熱情周到還送了生肖杯很可愛的小杯子孩子喜歡。房間設施齊全乾凈整潔，晚上門口就有據説是當地人吃的夜市小吃。小姐姐給推薦的小二烤魚味道不錯，去了萬歲山武俠城孩子沉浸式體驗，價格親民！特別要説一下孩子的玩具拉下了前台主動聯繫到我們還免費給郵寄了，特別感謝！讓我感受到了開封人民的熱情和淳樸，是旅途中最美的風景，盡在其中。強烈推薦！

必須五星推薦的酒店！！賓至如歸，快樂加倍！！ 首先是到達前台辦理入住時，前台接待很親切，很熱情，各種細節都提醒了，服務很細緻很周到，第一印象超級加分。然後去到房間裏面很整潔乾淨，房間有陽台，園林式的酒店，室外的風景很讓人賞心悦目。 另外特別表揚客房部的:白春花，胡金紅，劉美霞，田彤，我們續住時房間打掃的很乾凈整潔，洗護用品一應俱全，還補充了2份水果盤，細節加分。對小朋友特別照顧，準備了小童洗護套裝，還準備了熊貓🐼玩偶和小童零食，照顧的無微不至。 還要表揚餐飲部，早餐特別豐盛，酒店早餐居然準備了各式各樣的開封特色美食:雞血湯，炒涼粉，胡辣湯，燴麪，中西式一應俱全。 下次來開封必住開元名都大酒店！

The hotel has a good looking design. We expected the room to be a bit bigger, but it depends how you count square meters. Breakfast was good. We got a nice departing present, thank you!
