停車位也很方便，地下還有充電樁，十分友好！
不足問題點：水壓太小、水温根本無法正常洗澡！我估計體感温度20度都不到，這麼好一個環境的酒店，希望後期這個還是要改善的！
另外，價格問題，攜程定的酒店比直接打電話過去的價格不是相差一丟丟，真的無法理解！一間房要相差很多的價格！我問前台，她的回覆説是這樣的，直接打電話過來會優惠點！

裝修很新，簡約高級的那種，沒有裝修的味道，親子出遊太友好了，訂雙床兩個床可以拼在一起！切記帶孩子訂雙床！前台熱情有禮貌，金凱人就會站起來微笑服務，再誇誇禮賓，每次進來禮賓都會幫忙拿行李開門之類的，這已經到五星的水平了，滿意滿意滿意，性價比超級高。
再批評：
可能我們這層都是帶孩子的，有點兒吵。房間隔音很好，但是房門隔音有點兒差，大早上的路過人説話的聲音和打掃房間衞生的工作人員聊天都能聽到，所以睡懶覺的儘量準備個耳塞
綜合而言十分的不錯！

春節後入住的五晚，因為帶着長者孩子給我們從閣樓調到帶電梯的五層雙床房。我們的房間在馬路一側，晚上稍微有些吵但是沒有影響我們睡覺。另外一側的房間（臨護城河）應該更好些。入住時服務員幫我們把床拼接在一起。床品都是乳膠的，衹是枕頭長者睡不太慣，羽絨被也非常暖和。屋內配置有小度智能語音控制，給孩子每天的任務就是叫小度開關燈拉窗簾，播放動畫片歌曲等等，還可詢問路線餐飲旅遊景點等，定製叫醒服務，在外遊玩一天回到房間後又增加了樂趣。還有個送餐機器人樓上樓下給訂外賣或者有客服需要的顧客提供服務，孩子長者都覺得新奇有趣。酒店位置應該是在古城外西南方緊鄰古城牆，中間有護城河，所以離各大景點都不遠。正門臨街，因為開封便道很寬能停車，酒店後身（護城河那側）也有一長條後院可停車。感覺我們去的那幾天到週末前後都停滿了，看來酒店還是很火爆的。總而言之我們都非常喜歡這家酒店，長者孩子説再來還住這裏。服務到位，很低調但感覺賓至如歸，臨走送了我們一份開封的花生糕，雖然現在到哪都能買到吃到，還是讓我心裏暖暖的。

I had a very nice 4 nights stay in the hotel. The position is not central in the city but it’s very well connected with bus transports and it’s easy to get to the center quickly. At the hoteI was always able to find some personnel that could speak English, which is very important to me, being a foreigner. The room, including the bathroom, was always clean, the furniture nice, the food good, I especially appreciated the breakfast with a lot of choice, both sweet and not. I didn’t take advantage of everything the hotel had to offer because of lack of time since I came to attend a conference, but I’m over all very satisfied with my stay.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Location is great, public transport right in front of the hotel, lots of shops and restaurants close by. All the staff (reception, cleaners, housekeepers, etc) were very friendly and wonderful. They greeted you every time they see you. The room was always clean.
I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I visit Kaifeng.

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

PPeg ChongFeel like home when I arrived. The room is vey very clean. All the amenities are available. The water pressure is high. Quite place to stay. Walking distance to Wan Sui Shan. There’s washing machine to wash clothes. The couple boss is so friendly and thoughtful. The lady boss even woke up early in the morning to accompany me to take taxi on my day trip day. She also cooked breakfast for me, organic vegetables from her own garden. Have good chat with her, sharing experience like friend. At first I booked 2 nights, then extended for 3 more nights.

KKLimOverall it was a good experience. The reception make us feel welcome and is helpful in giving us tips on where to go for food nearby. The cleaner and the guard are also helpful and friendly. Room (Premier Suite) is very comfy and clean with good quality amenities. It can start to get a bit noisy from 6am onwards if your room is facing the main street but it doesn't affect deep sleepers. Lobby is smoke free but some heavy smokers affect our room on the 2nd night which is near the lift.
location is good with local food options and a short drive to the main attractions and train stations.

PPengguna Tetamu青旅位置特別好在夜市附近，平安夜到的給了我一個香甜的大蘋果.旅舍有獨立的衞生間洗澡間洗漱台吹風，一次性牙膏牙刷.男女生分開的。有公共浴巾，鞋子，有影音室，桌球桌，遊戲機，公共的茶水休閑綜合性的區域。宿舍有獨立的櫃子. 河南的青旅特寵粉，不需要咱們自己動手套被子鋪床，床墊睡着可舒服。洛陽喝湯，開封美食除了開封包子，花生系列也是開封一大特色，桶子雞也好吃.還有炒涼粉、杏仁茶也可以試試.烏啦啦同款祁縣砂鍋口碑也很好.開封八朝古都，北宋最為出名，創造了超越唐朝的gdp.瞭解一座城市就去當地的博物館，歷史雖然被洪水沖毀泥土掩蓋，但是開封的清明上河園、萬歲山、開封府等不僅重建了當時的汴梁，還讓我們沉浸式體驗當時的生活.這個是其他古都沒有的，開封文旅讓我們學習北宋歷史從看和聽已經提升到實踐體驗了.相當nice！

PPengguna Tetamu自駕遊晚上抵達酒店，酒店前台做了升級服務，換了一間帶小院景觀的房間，房間細節處理的非常到位，特別是衞間有一個下沉可以泡澡的水池比較特別，並且貼心的提供了迎賓茶點和水果，酒店所處的位置也特別方便出遊，省去了開車去景點找車位的煩惱，酒店南門外就是清明上河園端門入口，東門外是萬歲山景區中門的入口，可步行到這兩個景點，酒店提供電瓶車可以直達南門和東門，（因為酒店是園林式酒店，佔地面積比較大）不需要開車。以後來開封旅遊這個酒店是不二選擇。

PPengguna Tetamu出門就是山陝甘會館，距離鼓樓和書店街夜市只有200米左右，環境大家看圖片，乾淨衞生，中央空調，老闆服務周到！房間是磚混結構隔音功能不錯，比前一天定的隔間棒多了！外出遊玩的小夥伴一定要注意房間結構，不要像我一樣踩坑，玩了一天，被吵得凌晨三點才睡！隱市民宿下次去開封一定是我的首選！

BBritoVery good stay at this hotel, the staff was very thoughtful, polite and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good also. The only bad comment is that we couldn’t decrease the room temperature so we were feeling very very hot all the time and apparently this is a recurrent problem. It needs to be sorted. Besides this, I would recommend the stay at this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is pretty nice! The landlady is a nice woman, we used weixin to communicate, there were no problems with it. The room itself is absolutely the same as it is at the photo. It was cold from the very beginning but the air conditioning worked properly and made the room very warm in 30 mins. The street where the hotel is located looks like a quiet Chinese suburbs, don’t afraid of nose, there is absolutely no noise there. It’s near the Henan University and Gulou street. We recommend this place!
