Hotel berhampiran Madao Street Pedestrian Street (Sihou Street), Kaifeng

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Location is great, public transport right in front of the hotel, lots of shops and restaurants close by. All the staff (reception, cleaners, housekeepers, etc) were very friendly and wonderful. They greeted you every time they see you. The room was always clean. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I visit Kaifeng.

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

新開的酒店，衞生環境還可以，標間雙床是靠馬路邊的，隔音不好，早上5.6點都醒了，外面車子聲音太大。房間環境挺新現代化，淋浴洗澡很舒服，水壓很大。去萬歲山也方便，4公里左右。

1. 5 stars for the location. It s just across the street from Millennium East gate. Easy transport both from the railway station as well as visit places in Keifeng 2. Breakfast 5 stars but more to chinese style. But still an abundant breakfast choices. 3. Mattress nice and comfy. 4. Carpet needs a deep clean.

我以為早餐7-9點是，7點鐘準時all well displayed…我們8點04分的火車，想着可以吃十五分鐘飯馬上走。結果…你們7點02阿姨穿着羽絨服出現開燈，7點15分桌上才出現了2道菜和兩道粥，我扒拉了一勺粥，拿着阿姨給的麪包雞蛋和酸奶就走了，大廚和阿姨都很着急我們吃不上飯，也很努力趕時間，我們也的確沒吃好。反正我住過的所有酒店，都是提前備好飯菜，説幾點，一定是幾點全部弄好，甚至提前十幾分鍾去也是有的弄好的。你們這樣乾脆宣傳七點半開餐好了，幹嘛説7點。我何必買早餐券呢，我早點點個外賣不香嗎？服務衹給3.5分了，其他方面五分。我沒吃好，餓肚子趕火車。

酒店環境棒棒的很有設計感， 房間乾淨無異味，停車方便 前台人員辦理入住也很快，很熱情，態度很好，有什麼要求能很快響應 酒店的早餐也可以來嚐嚐，有牛奶麪包胡辣湯，還有懷舊的花生奶等等特色的早餐，總體來説是很不錯的好評！

[服務] 酒店入住感不錯，設施設備也很齊全，服務員個個都很熱情，前台小姐姐服務周到，還給我發來了她自己做的攻略，真的很貼心。。 [衞生] 酒店服務非常貼心用心，房間佈置温馨，睡覺很舒服，衞生間一次性用品都是消毒後獨立包裝，訂的是523房，面積也很大，休息很安靜。關鍵外面還有一個露台…總之，衞生無可挑剔真得很乾凈，我連攜帶的一次性床被都沒用上，服務隨叫隨到!退房還可以寄存行李，贊![環境] 環境分給到十分!裝修非常有品味，前台給我們提供了一個很安靜的休息空間，房間的朝向很好，陽光充斥，中午的時候還可以曬曬太陽，感覺很治癒。夜景也無敵!在永麗感受到了優質服務與舒適環境的完美結合，真心推薦給來開封的朋友們。 [設施] 在永麗酒店的住宿體驗讓我印象深刻，服務周到。周邊配套設施齊全，旅遊、餐飲、娛樂一應俱全。房間內部設施很棒，這次入住體驗讓我感受到了家的温馨，酒店的各項設施和服務都很棒！

這家酒店給我留下了很深的印象，大廳很大，也很温馨，前台服務非常棒，感覺是用心真誠的服務，停車很方便，房間的床品非常舒服，語音智能設施很好用，淋浴水流很大水温舒適沖澡非常舒服，衞生狀況很到位，還有健身房和洗衣服很方便的，最主要的這個房價的性價比非常高，酒店環境非常寬敞，環境很有文化內涵並且離清明上河園和萬歲山景區很近，再來開封必須首選，推薦推薦！

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are high-end, comfortable, and clean. While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection. However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost. Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience.

I had a very nice 4 nights stay in the hotel. The position is not central in the city but it’s very well connected with bus transports and it’s easy to get to the center quickly. At the hoteI was always able to find some personnel that could speak English, which is very important to me, being a foreigner. The room, including the bathroom, was always clean, the furniture nice, the food good, I especially appreciated the breakfast with a lot of choice, both sweet and not. I didn’t take advantage of everything the hotel had to offer because of lack of time since I came to attend a conference, but I’m over all very satisfied with my stay.
