Hotel berhampiran Madao Street Pedestrian Street (Sihou Street), Kaifeng

This was my first trip booked through Trip.com. Firstly, the hotel descriptions were very clear. I opted for Manxin due to its perfect location next to Guluo Square. The night view from the fourth-floor terrace is stunning, and the proximity to the night market is fantastic. The room interior is excellent, with good service. I chose a room on the left side with windows facing the main square building; my child enjoyed staying in front of the window, gazing outside. For Waimai, have robotic delivery service. Overall, I had a great experience throughout my stay. Highly recommended.

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

客棧位於景區內，衹要訂客棧房間都包含兩人住宿期間無限次出入清明上河園的門票和兩位早餐，位置絕佳，出門過個鴛鴦橋就到了勾欄瓦肆，隨時可以去看園區內的演出，逛累了也可以很快回房間休息，唯一欠缺的應該就是早餐了，餐廳很小，人稍微多點就衹能坐户外去了，還有餐品比較簡單，除了一個麪檔就衹有一個小自助餐枱，品種不多，其他地理位置，房間設施，服務人員都很好，要是逛清園還是極度推薦住這的。

酒店前台、保潔包括保安都禮貌又熱情，跑前跑後，大廳有洗乾淨的漢服，時間有限沒試穿過，還有三台免費的按摩椅給客人用，對於一天2萬步的人來説簡直太友好了，距離兩個景區都很近，電動車10分鐘可達，回家之後立馬推薦給我我身邊想去開封的朋友。

I was only here for one-night but I wish I had stayed for longer. The staff were very helpful, and it was a great room. The main attractions, snack street are easily walkable, though an electric bike is better. My favorite snack store was just up the road. I had a really nice stay and when I return I'll stay here again.

It was a nice fairly quiet hotel very close to the amusement park section of Kaifeng. The staff were friendly and the place was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good with mostly Chinese-style fare. A good choice to stay close to the amusement park nearby, which is worth the trip for the late night shows.

超級感動的，這次行程，真的難忘，到開封第二天，開封就被淹了，我定了這家名宿，因為離景區很近，3公里的路，根本沒人接單，沒辦法，衹能打電話給老闆 老闆二話不説，開車繞路，來接我們，去景區路被水淹了，老闆開車給我們放到門口 名宿和酒店我認為最大的區別，就是名宿真的很有人情味！ 再説説酒店，很乾凈，安靜！離景區真的近～

1-設施：齊全，智能窗簾自動開合，很有儀式感。 2-衞生：乾淨整潔，毛巾浴巾和床單被罩都很高級，沒有掉毛和異味。一次性用品齊全，品質上等。 3-環境：大堂有造型，有花香，樓道擺放鮮花，最難得的是有個大露台（觀察後發現北邊都有，而且是錯層結構，南邊房間估計沒有）。 4-服務：貼心，五星級大酒店的服務，迎賓很熱情，主動發了開封旅遊攻略（根據攻略去吃了兩頓張德陽胡辣湯，超級棒），送了小禮品，退房政策解釋到位，寄存行李周到嚴謹。 前台小姐姐很熱情，美麗大方。 送：清明上河圖伴手禮 提點建議： 一是在露台上放個庭院座椅。 二是房間燈光調控不是很清晰。床頭兩側的開關一樣，功能不同。相關掉床正上方那個燈比較麻煩，偏偏這個燈又很亮，我覺得這個燈💡沒有用的場合。希望測試改進一下。

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are high-end, comfortable, and clean. While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection. However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost. Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience.

非常驚喜的入住體驗。房間格局很大，落地窗移門外的陽台，十分舒適驚喜，可躺可坐，視野開闊。樓下的棧道若修建好，就更完美了。酒店客房服務格外優秀，客房服務張國敬，小胡都很熱情周到，物品添置及時。酒店大門迎賓李金榮，非常細緻周到，上車下車都及時悉心攙扶和照顧坐輪椅的長者家，誠意滿滿，讓長者感受到舒適。入住了5晚，每晚都有水果盤及冰糖銀耳羹，五星好評！有機會下回再來入住！
