I gave 1 point purely because I was shocked by the service of the round-faced girl at the front desk. Such a young girl can be so greasy and perfunctory. What's more amazing is that this hotel is a hotel management company in Qiandongnan, and the staff training is worrying. When checking in, there was a wave of guests in front of us, and we waited behind. After watching the whole process of checking in, the round-faced receptionist was playing with her mobile phone almost the whole time, replying to mobile phone messages with a smile, looking like she was in love, and looking up from time to time to see how her companions were doing (the other girl at the front desk should be a novice, not very skilled, and should be an old employee leading a new employee). That wave of guests hadn't eaten dinner yet, so after getting the room card, I asked if there were any recommendations for food nearby, and the round-faced girl also replied perfunctorily. I was going to ask, but seeing that she didn't want to say more, we went to the room after checking in, and I didn't bother to say a word of extra communication, because I was afraid of disturbing others playing with their mobile phones. But as soon as I entered the room, my God, the smell of smoke made it impossible to sleep, so I quickly contacted the front desk to report the problem and needed help to change the room. She said on the phone, "Then you take the room card down and change the room card." I was really shocked at the time! There was no attitude to solve the problem at all, and the tone was commanding. I held back my temper and said, "Is your front desk busy now? No night shift guest room?" She said yes, very busy! Okay, then I'll go down and get it, anyway I need to go out to eat something. I left my luggage in my companion's room, and when I took the room card to the front desk to change it, the two of them were just sitting at the front desk, and no guests checked in. I said, "You are not busy now, can you trouble one of you to help me check? We are going out to eat now, and we will come back to get the room card later." In the end, it was still the round-faced front desk, uh uh uh, with an unwilling look on her face, so embarrassed that it made people angry! I took the room card and let it go! That's not all. When we came back from eating and went to open the new room, the smell of air freshener hit us. Oh! Thank you so much, this method is really tricky, but we really can't sleep! I have to make another phone call. I am really drunk. The front desk never showed up from beginning to end. They evaded the problem. They called an engineering uncle to bring up the master card. They looked at two large bed rooms. Both of them smelled of cigarettes. They couldn't make it. Finally, they looked at a standard room. It was a little better. This was the one. After this wave of experience, I really felt that if my hotel encountered such employees, it would be a big bad luck! My starting point was very simple. If there were extra rooms available, you could look at two more rooms, so that I wouldn't have the same problem when I changed to the next one, and then I had to run downstairs to change the room card. It's not that difficult, but you have to complicate it! When there is a problem, the front desk should actively solve the problem. Who are you looking at the whole time like I don't bother to care about the customer's fault? You are doing what you should do with your salary, and you are so good at putting on a bad face. Don't come out to work! The hotel's training is obviously not in place, and the hygiene of the guest rooms is also average. There are hairs on the pillows. But the breakfast restaurant is more unexpected. At least it looks cleaner than the guest room. It may be contracted out, and the work style is different.

I accompanied my mother on a trip to Guizhou and specifically stayed in Kaili for one night. Choose Stone Hotel. If I come to Kaili next time, I will definitely choose Stone Hotel again. The front desk service was first-class, the check-in procedure was quick, and the beauties at the front desk were all well-trained, especially the beauty Xiao Su, who left a very good impression on me. She enthusiastically introduced me to delicious and fun places nearby. I followed her introduction to eat. The introduction was very accurate and delicious👌. Most of the beauties at the front desk were from the Miao ethnic group and spoke fluent Mandarin. In the evening, the hotel also delivered fruits and snacks to our door, as well as freshly brewed sweet wine dumplings. My mother and I felt so warm. The breakfast is also great. The sour soup noodles made by the chef are better than those in other restaurants. The restaurant is clean and bright, and the guest rooms are decorated in a modern style, clean and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows. If my first good impression of Kaili is somewhere, it must be the Stone Hotel. 😘

The dirty clothes that were delivered at 3:30 were delivered to me at nearly 11 o'clock in the evening, and the half-dry clothes were neatly lying in the dirty clothes rack, without even a bag. I was also drunk. Before washing the clothes, I asked and was told that it would take three or four hours. Later, why was it delivered in the middle of the night? They said that the dryer was turned down. My clothes were not completely dry after more than two hours of drying. I hung them up again after taking them back. The cup I picked up for breakfast was broken, and the hanger I used to hang clothes was also broken. The sliding door for hanging clothes in the room was probably broken and not installed. When I checked in, I was given green tea, coffee, and snacks. At nine o'clock in the evening, I was given fruit. I saw that others had milk before bed and freshly boiled health-preserving soup, but I don't know why I didn't have it. I'll just write it here. I'm not talking nonsense, and I'm not a person who likes to make trouble. I took the elderly and children out together, and the stay experience this time was really not good!
