Hotel berhampiran Kaiping Passenger Transport Terminal, Kaiping

Stay in this hotel was good. Rooms are clean, everything looks new. The stuff was very nice and polite. They spoke a bit of English with us. But anyway, everything was clear and ok.  Breakfast is poor, it is a buffet, but not much to offer. Food was fresh and the restaurant was clean and new. But they only had noodles, couple of different vegetables, eggs, some bread options and that's it. Hotel is not that big, not so many guest and it is not crowded. Which was good.

住過這麼多酒店，頭一次住這麼滿意的酒店，有免費的停車場，酒店附近還有很多吃的，喝的店鋪，晚上宵夜都不用愁了，還有一來到辦入住，和前台的小姐姐格外的親切，服務態度很好，房間的衞生也很乾凈，整潔，温馨，設施也很齊全，房間也很寬大，真是一家性價比較高的酒店，下次有機會還要來！

The room was in a great condition with good amenities. The breakfast was good enough. The wifi is a bit slow though, and the reception did not speak great english. However, this is normal since Kaiping does not expect too many non Chinese speaking guests.

We stayed for 2nights, room size is very big & very convemience, easy to get around food & supermarket. Hotel staffs are helpful! Only downsize is no fridge in hotel room!

這次的入住體驗很好，前台小姐姐比較熱情，快速辦理入住，房間的衞生乾淨舒適，温馨寬敞睡的舒服，連續住了好幾天了，客房清潔人員也很親切，衞生搞的乾淨，房間價格也很實惠，性價比高！得到的不僅僅是一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火！附近有大型商場，有很多好吃的，不想出門還可以點外賣送到房間，超讚的！

1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

前台服務很好，提前就開好空調。入住價格特別優惠。和家人一起來開平度過了一個難忘的週末。用餐在旋轉餐廳看夜景太讚了。餐廳服務人員服務態度很好。人美聲甜。還可以聽到地道的開平話。如果你來開平旅遊。這是你很好的選擇

一開始網上看了很多酒店和民宿，最後這家酒店好評率非常高，滿分五分，然後我就訂了這家，真的是一摸一樣，服務也很好，下雨天我打電話給前台，讓前台幫忙叫保安出來指引我停一下車，保安和前台的反應很快，態度很好！酒店環境也很不錯，價格也實惠，就是有個小問題，酒店房間的鏡子，燈光打在鏡子上，化粧很反光不方便，然後如果房間有全身鏡就更好了，這是我主動想要給酒店好評的真實評價，還和朋友表揚推薦了這家酒店，我覺得你用心去做酒店去服務客人，真的我們會推薦的，能夠感受的到的，值得推薦

Connection of hotel is well-established. Apart from taking High Speed Rail, there is direct coach from HK to the hotel. Hotel room is spacious, sound-proofed and clean. However, we would like to make the following feedbacks and expect for improvement: (1) Water leakage of the curb at shower; (2) It was difficult to use TV remote to control the TV. Not sure if it was the battery problem or signal receiving issue (3) Vending machines at G/F lobby only accept WeChat and Alipay but not AlipayHK (4) Taste of food in western restaurant can be improved

酒店的設施很新，這個價格也比較划算。裏面的裝修風格很簡約大氣，也很整潔。有一個點就是電視很新用起來很方便，我去過的其他酒店的電視都不太能用。就是這個位置可能交通衹能靠打車，周圍的店家啥的比較少，房間裏的燈光可能有點暗。去住的時間不長，是旅遊淡季，沒有覺得很吵。其他樓層沒有去過，不太瞭解是什麼樣的。
