Hotel terbaik di Kaiserslautern

My family had an excellent stay here for 2 nights Nov 2024. Great location and walkable to the city center and the train station. Loved that there was a small grocery store across the plaza. The hotel breakfast was amazing and I looked forward to it every morning. The room was clean and felt very modern (all except for the shag carpet). The staff was very friendly and helpful (and happy to accommodate my large extended family of 14 people). The only negative was it was hard to sleep with all the noise from the street. The hotel is located on a busy part of the town, but that wouldn’t prevent me from staying here again. We had a lovely stay.

I have stayed several times at this Holiday Inn Express. I stay here for only 2 reasons. It is close to where I have meetings; number 2 reason is I am an IHG reward member. If it weren't for these 2 reasons I would gladly stay elsewhere. The place isn't bad, it just isn't better than average. When you stay at a HIE you really aren't looking for much. A bed, wifi, hopefully a fitness center and some kind of breakfast. It doesn't have a fitness center and the parking is a pain. Getting in and out with a token is honestly a pain. I highly suggest the hotel to find a better way to enter and exit. Otherwise, it is okay and thus the average rating. It is close to the autobahn and that is a plus.

Dieses Hotel zu bewerten ist nicht ganz leicht. Auf der einen Seite scheint es ein alter Bau zu sein (was man an der Heizungssituation und den uralten Lüftern sieht), auf der anderen Seite hat man sich mit der Einrichtung der Zimmer mit schönen Möbeln echt viel Mühe gegeben. Der Service war super freundlich, das muss man sagen. Auf der anderen Seite wirkt alles sehr provinziell (ich möchte dies jetzt nicht näher ausführen, soll sich jeder Gast selbst eine Meinung dazu bilden), was man bei der Buchung eines modernen Design-Hotels, jedenfalls wenn man eher Großstadthotels gewohnt ist, nicht kennt. Frühstück habe ich nicht probiert und einen Kaffee gab es morgens um 07 Uhr leider noch nicht weil niemand im Gastraum anzutreffen war. Kurzum: Das Hotel ist sehr freundlich, bemüht und über die Zimmerausstattung kann man nicht meckern. Ich kann dieses Hotel also empfehlen, auch wenn ich selbst das nächste mal wohl eher ein zentrumsnäheres Hotel (sind doch knapp 1,5 km zu laufen bis ins Zentrum) buchen werde.

This place was ten miles east of our town and we selected it randomly. Overall our stay was surprisingly good. Our very clean double room on the 2nd floor was ok but we had an end unit and lots of street noise. No air conditioner or fan so it was a trade off between noise and fresh air. Luckily we had cool breezes even in late July 2023. I would suggest this nice family owned place add ceiling fans at the least. An upgrade to air conditioning down the road is likely. A coffee pot and a frig would be welcome too. We brought our mini 12v/220v frig just in case to keep the beverages cold. There were no glasses in our room but we got them from the downstairs bar. The breakfast was traditional and unremarkable. A nice choice offered included eggs to order. The cheese omelet was good. Inside was a ground floor restaurant but we did not try it. Outside around back was a terrace restaurant with waiters. We did not try that either. Now let's talk about the really good stuff. The BIERGARTEN! It is downstairs from the terrace. We had never heard of this place and we are glad we tried it. What a surprise. I have never seen it on any Biergarten lists in the area but this place should definitely be on it. What a gem. Plenty of large heavy picnic-style tables (12 or more?) and benches with cushions too with seating under trees and lights. This is Gemütlichkeit. There was a nice mixture of German and American families out to have a good time and we did. The bar was tended by three lads who were happy to pour your drinks and place your food orders. The prices were right (lower than we expected) and the portions and flavors were spot on! This is now on the top of our list to bring family and friends to just for the Biergarten!! Zum Wohl!

Das Hotel liegt zentral, hat keine eigenen Parkplätze und durch die momentane Baustelle war es etwas fusselig zu finden. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und ging nach hinten heraus, also ruhig. Die Matratzen waren gut. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war die getrennte Bad/WC- Lösung im Zwischenbereich des Schlaf- und Sitzbereichs, wenig Intimsphäre, also hellhörig. Für eine Nacht kann man das ignorieren.

初，Booking預定，酒店付款入住。 晚上7:30到酒店，彼時一bai人女孩接待，服務態度非常好，遺憾的是嘗試了四次，兩張信用卡都不能使用，聯繫Booking，無法處理，聯繫建行海外熱線，幾次苦等超出忍耐程度，根本沒有人工客服受理。 此時前台換了一hei人小哥，一臉嚴肅，無論如何交涉：without money without check in. 錢包裏300歐元大鈔💶，不知道什麼消失了，翻遍所有口袋，無果。 夜深無法麻煩別人，改攜程，耗時近一個小時，攜程小哥多次嘗試國際國內信用卡、儲蓄卡，幾次聯繫歐洲代理，代理電話酒店，歐洲代理預付酒店，最終解決問題，期間客服幫忙聯繫建行24小時客服，等待超過8分鐘，無人應答。 拿到房卡，晚上9:30左右，在大堂沙發🛋️發獃一個小時，如果有一隻煙🚬，最好不過。 晚上休息很好，裏面沒有了一個美國🇺🇸大兵，估計都去了烏克蘭邊境。 感謝攜程，五星級服務，雖然價格比Booking貴了不少，毅然卸載Booking，後續的行程機票酒店全部攜程預訂。

The breakfast is so good here. If you sleep here be sure to eat breakfast - dont skip it. Otherwise, free parking outside is a very big PLUS. It is rather away from the city center, and there is just a supermarket nearby that you can visit. The room with the sofa is a very good room - sadly this hotel is nearly booked out every time i check - the ladies at the desk are very helpful and have read their lines, they are happy to repeat them. This is a hotel that is mainly visited by Americans, so do expect a different crowd. Americans do like to socialize here.
