Mazoren Art Hotel

I don't know where to start. From arriving to when we left yesterday our stay at Mazoren Art was just wonderful. Around 15 min walk from Faliraki the hotel was stunning. We just loved it. Clean rooms which were cleaned every day, spacious and had everything you need. The staff. Wow. Pedro really made our stay special. He cannot do enough for all the guests, he remembers everyone's names and has some fantastic banter, he really is a wonderful person who can't do enough for you! He even comes to check on you while your by the pool tl see if you need a top up drink! Along with all the other staff, they were just fantastic! Nothing is too big of an ask! Thank you Pedro and your team! The Food - again, fantastic, a nice selection at breakfast and the food menu for dinner and tea was good, the food was amazing. Cooked and presented well and made fresh! Yummy! The drinks - very reasonably priced and some of the best cocktails we have had! The pool - pedro keeps the pool in immaculate condition. Clean and the sun loungers are comfy and there's enough for everyone. Over all we had the best week in Rhodos and we will be back at Mazoren Art next year for sure! We miss it already. Thank you! We stayed in the Mazoren Art Hotel as a family in May 2024. When I first read the reviews of this hotel, I thought - how could a hotel have such high trip advisor scores and such good reviews? And now after my stay I completely understand why and I completely agree! Location - the hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from Falariki ***** or you could get a taxi (usually costs €10). The hotel being a 15 minute walk away from the busy ***** meant that it was nice and quiet and peaceful. It had views looking onto some hills and in the distance you could even see the sea. The location to me was perfect as it wasn’t noisy or there were no disturbances. I would definitely go here if you’re looking for a peaceful hotel but you might want the lively ***** nearby. Staff - the staff at this hotel were the best staff I have ever come across! Pedros made our stay so special and he couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was too much of a hassle and he knew everyone in the hotel by their name. He would come around and make sure everyone was okay and ask if they needed anything while we sun bathed by the pool. I feel like he really loves his job and he is constantly making everyone laugh. Pedros and all the other staff at the hotel really made our stay perfect. The hotel had a 24hr service so if you needed a staff member at anytime, there was always someone there to help. Cleanliness - the hotel was spotless! Our room was cleaned Monday to Saturday everyday. The pool area was very well maintained also. The pool sun beds were so comfy with a cushioned layer on top of them, and there was always one for everyone available. There was also a seating area beside the pool (with swinging egg chairs) that was kept immaculately clean. Food & drink - our breakfast was included in our stay. It was from 7am-10am daily. Each morning there was a choice of teas, coffees, hot chocolates, juices and water to drink which was more than plenty. There was a selection of bread, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, freshly made pancakes etc. You could also ask for a fry breakfast to be made for you which was delicious!! There was something for everyone. We also ate at the hotel a few nights and the food was lovely. I had pizza and it was so fresh. The food came quickly too each time. There was a pool bar that served the best cocktails!! There was every cocktail under the sun on the menu and Pedro even offered to make anything we wanted that wasn’t on the menu, he made the best Pornstar Martinis and Pina Coladas too. Room - our room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. As mentioned before, it was cleaned daily to a high standard. There was a key card to get in and out of our room and we had a balcony with a table and chairs. There was a fridge, safe and waterfall shower. We had absolutely everything we needed. Absolutely fantastic stay at the Mazoren Art Hotel in Rhodes last week. All the staff were fantastic and made sure you were being well looked after. They would help with anything you need from within the hotel or taxis and food recommendations in the area. Really went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Rooms were really clean and spacious, and a fantastic pool and bar/restaurant area. It’s a great location being only a 10/15 minute walk to the centre of Faliraki. Highly recommend staying at this hotel, it couldn’t have been better.

GREAT HOTEL TO STAY Mozaren Art Hotel -- Hotel in Rhodes...fantadtic hotel at Rhodes town..a large room.and spacios with a blockout shutters.very welcoming hoter at yhier visitors .. Pool is plenty of a sunbeds and umbrella's deck.. very grest and fascinating all around..Faliraki beach is very pretty . Perfect... very popular beach in town of Rhodes .to see the beauty all over at the place.. itvwas a pool bar. Restaurant. Recommendation..and the bar staff also was so proffesional and great.. great cocktails for drinks was so good deliciou and tasty...located 20 km. From diagona airport.. This was our 5th stay at this wonderful hotel. Everything is perfect here .The whole hotel is spotless ,lovely rooms beds are amazing .Pool area is so relaxing plenty of sunbeds for all. The pool is cleaned early every morning usually by the night watchman Costas. Food here is of a high standard [thank you for my lamb chops they were the best I've ever had ] breakfast so much choice. All the food & drinks are very reasonably priced make sure you are hungry the portions are large. Pedros the manager is a real asset to the hotel nothing to much trouble plus he is a real character .All the staff go above & beyond to make sure your stay is a happy one .Lovely atmosphere in this hotel .Just a 15 minute stroll into Faliraki or 5 minutes away by taxi. The best thing about the hotel is the people: Pedros, Zoe, Rula, Mika and Marius were fantastic! They knew everyone's names and provided excellent service while remaining down to earth and approachable. Food was freshly prepared and delicious (with huge portions!) - as the breakfast items are pre-cooked for self-service, the sausages were often cold but tasty all the same; and items were regularly topped up so there was plenty of choice. Rooms were large and comfortable though they did get very warm overnight and I dislike using the air con as it's noisy and dries the air out / I didn't want to open the doors and let the mossies in! There was a lot of late night noise from the flats next door so if you're a light sleeper like me then that makes it difficult to get to sleep, which is a shame (there's no soundproofing on the doors or walls); but the location is great for getting into Faliraki without being right in the midst of it all of the time - about 15mins to the aquarium end of town or half an hour to the square or beach. It's excellent value for money and I would recommend it as a good base for a stay as long as you either hire a car or work around the infrequent (but affordable) buses.

We stayed here as a couple for a week in October. The rooms are a decent size and well equipped with a safe, hairdryer, and fridge. The absolute highlight was the staff. They were so polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. Pedros, Marios, Mika, and Zoe were wonderful and worked extremely hard, putting in long hours. The pool is clean and well maintained. Even when the hotel is at maximum capacity, there are still plenty of sun loungers and space at the bar/restaurant. The food at the restaurant is good, the drinks are reasonably priced and the bar is open 24/7, which is fantastic for late arrivals. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes walk from the main hub of Faliraki. The bus stop is 5-10 mins walk, and for €2.50 per person, you can get the bus direct to Rhodes old town, which is around 30 minutes. If you want to hire a car, the hotel also provides this facility amongst many others. Quite literally, if you ask, they can pretty much provide.

Amazing 10 night stay. Staff couldn’t of done more for us, food was lovely and cheap, 15 min walk from the Faliraki centre and also very close to bus stops. If you wanted a taxi the staff would be happy enough to sort one out and was only 10 euro. Would deffo recommend this hotel if your wanting a chilled vibe for accommodation. 100% would return!

Me and my partner recently spent 5 nights. Honestly cannot fault a single thing!! All of the staff were welcoming and always happy to help. We went on a private tour through the hotel with petros and Mario which was an exceptional experience. Will definitely be going back to this hotel. Can’t give Petros enough praise for making our stay even better.
