Smashing place to stay near the mandomata beach. Clean well maintained rooms within easy reach of the beach. 24 hours reception, wifi in rooms and bar area. Lovely food, very reasonably priced food and drink, and a superb family atmosphere. The buffet breakfast is a smashing deal for €12, and unlimited coffee and juice. The staff are superb and made my stay all the more fun. Excellent stay

Beautiful location at the extreme south end of Faliraki - the centre of which is best avoided. Elpida was right on the beach, staff were really lovely, breakfast very good and varied and lunches we had there were also great. The apartment we had was basic. But had every thing we needed including excellent air con. Only downside was the bathroom- tropical Greek shower with just a curtain that floods the bathroom…… I think there are some higher priced newly refurbished apartments too. The bay where it is situated is wonderful with such clear, clean water - fantastic for snorkelling - and about 200 metres further south is Mandomata beach. Tavernas in the bay were all very good and we didn’t find the need to venture into Faliraki to dine. We had a late flight so paid 25€ to keep the apartment until 5pm. 100% recommended

Lovely hotel with very friendly and accomodating staff who went above and beyond during our stay. The standard studio room was a decent size and fulfilled our needs for the seven nights that we stayed. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to find somewhere close to the beach, within walking distance to bars and restaurants, and most importantly staff who provide an excellent service!

Enjoyed a lovely stay here recently. Had a large room with small balcony. Plenty of clothes storage, kettle, hot plate etc. Free toiletries in bathroom. Lovely location. Nice quiet pool with plenty of sun beds. Pleasant snack bar overlooking the sea with friendly staff

We stayed in a suite apartment with private pool for one night during our trip around Rhodes and it was fantastic. Great staff, beautiful suite and everything was brand new and spotlessly clean. Great breakfast. Easy to walk into town but perfect location for a quiet nights sleep. Highly recommend and would definitely return here.

Walked in for breakfast and the lady behind the counter looked annoyed. Not a single polite welcoming word..felt we were intruding. Had to drink coffee and rush away. Chanel used to say. " If you cannot put up a smile.. don't run a commercial business" I did not like the atmosphere at all..very uncomfortable..I hope she is not the owner..or they will have problems with costumers always..I will not come back.

Simply great - I stayed in a studio (non sea view) in the block on the same side of the road as the pool/bar/reception ( room numbers 71-96). There is also a larger block across the road (shown on ******* website). Area and room was quiet – no karoke or similar “entertainment” in earshot – others have mentioned poor sound proofing of doors, as far as I can see all doors were uPVC and well sealed. Room exactly as per photos, limited kitchenette, good aircon, wifi and hot water. Mattress a bit thin. Shower room sort of a wet room though floor is very flat and hence doesnt drain that well - I’d bring a squeegee if that bothers you. Maid service every day, towels and sheets changed about every 3 days. Great pool, no problem with loungers when I was there ( late Jun 2023), pool cant be used beyond 7pm. Beds on the beach are operated by others (10 euros/day). There is a bank of small safes by the 24 hr reception. Taxi was 36 euro to the airport. The only improvement I can think of would be better mattresses and black out blinds or shutters for the door to the balcony. Would I go again ? absolutely !!!

A wonderful family-run hotel in the quiet area of Faliraki, right on the beach, with its own pool surrounded by fruit trees and grapevines. It is just a 20-minute walk on the beach path to the hustle and bustle, bars and clubs, of Faliraki centre. The rooms are spacious with a small balcony and they are cleaned every two days. There is a cafe terrace overlooking the beach with spectacular views and reasonable prices. There are are supermarkets and restaurants close by and a nudist beach just over the hill in the next bay. The best thing is the friendly atmosphere - always ready for a chat. Iannis and Tina made us feel really at home.

Best full English breakfast in faliraki in my opinion and the wife's all fresh top quality UK products nice bacon sausage and the hash browns very nice we go most days the staff are so friendly and always very polite well worth 8 euros with a choice of tea coffee or orange juice after the first 6 days we didn't have to order the staff new our order how nice many thanks
