Never disappoints. Top-notch service. Cleanliness is top-notch among hotels in Ternate. The breakfast menu could be more varied.

Let's start with the positives: The service was friendly and helpful; the room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The environment was relatively quiet, the mattress was the perfect firmness, and the linens were comfortable and conducive to sleep. The breakfast was decent, but suitable for someone like me who's cutting out carbs, and filling enough for a moderate meal. The amenities were complete, including a safe and refrigerator. The lighting was adequate. Cons: The bedside light switch lacked a button to turn off all lights, which needs improvement. The outlets weren't suitable for Chinese tourists, so you'll need to bring your own adapter.

Good hotel for Ternate. Very close to the airport and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the staff very efficient.

The room was considered quite nice in Ternate.

Just a stopover. The room is close to the road and a bit noisy. The breakfast is OK. If you come to OBI Island from Jakarta, you can consider staying here. There is a restaurant opposite, the food is OK.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights, arriving at 6PM by taxi($10) from the TTE Airport. A welcoming receptionist copied our passports, processed the payment and presented our key card with the wifi code. We took the elevator to the 2nd floor. Room #219 was spacious, clean & wood floored. Cold water bathroom with liquid soap had the dreaded rain head shower with toilet(uncurtained), then a nice closet, a comfortable king across a large TV(two K-VISIONs, Nt. Geo. & RI World in English and many Indonesian channels including CNBC & CNN), long shelf desk with hotpot(coffee, tea & water)excellent lighting/reading lights, good secure wifi, 4 outlets, quiet wall AC with a remote & an opening window view of the city and the distant Molucca Sea. The 6AM breakfast buffet was largely Indonesian; we had watermelon, asked for a small omelet, toast & cake with regular coffee. Overall, a good value hotel with pleasant staff for a quiet night’s sleep.

A surprising find, excellent accomodation, and service. Beautifully designed. Rooms well equipped. Very clean throughout. Centrally located. Food service not great but amazing restaurant the Royal literally just across the road. Will definitely go back
