Great simple and clean with a friendly staff.

A nice, functional hotel with everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay. It's very conveniently located, the owner is very friendly, and the cleanliness is impeccable. As others have mentioned in the reviews, it's located on the third floor of the building, so it's a little difficult to find.

Overall, it was fine for one night. The room was spacious, a little tired, but conveniently located. There were some issues with the Wi-Fi.

The counter staff were very friendly. They carefully noted down our restaurant reservation for the next day when we asked them to. The location is very convenient and safe to enter and exit at night; although it's next to a main road, it's not noisy at all. The bed was very comfortable; the comforter was very warm in winter.

The hotel is conveniently located. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The hotel is tired, but well-maintained, everything is clean. There was no bottled water in the room. There were tea bags and a kettle in the room, we drank tea from tap water. Upon request, they gave us an iron and ironing board. As already written, the reception is located on the 3rd floor of the building. We were given directions in a nearby cafe.

The room was quite spacious, but it was too noisy at night, and there was a musty smell in the room.

It's on the third floor, and downstairs is the Shinto shrine of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, not far from the station and my shopping street. The innkeeper was very friendly. There is a porridge shop run by a ********* on the second floor where you can have porridge in the morning or at noon.

The place is clean and tidy. Although the rooms are small, they are well-equipped. The service is friendly and the location is convenient. There is a food market and convenience store downstairs. I will definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but the owner is very kind and polite, and will help solve any problems we may have. The room is spacious for Japan, and it's close to the station and a food street.

The facilities are generally worse than those of domestic chain hotels; they were once considered to be of a lower standard than rural guesthouses.

When I first saw the name, I thought it was Shangri-La, but it’s not. We booked it on the last minute, so we didn't worry about it, as long as we had a place to stay. When you arrive, you will find that it is a bit like a guesthouse, on the third floor. The room was small but had everything you need and was clean. Don't be too demanding about other additional requirements. We were just staying there and didn't order breakfast. There was no lobby anyway. . It is about 10 minutes away from the train station and very close to the shrine. The shrine trail in the middle is very shady. If you like walking, you can actually get up in the morning and walk to Huguo Temple or the beach.

It has nothing to do with the famous Shangri-La Hotel, and the prices are roughly in line with the standards of a guest house.
