Fantástico hotel, céntrico y fácil acceso… el único PERO es que el espacio wellness no lo pudimos utilizar porque estaba full reservado, podrían darle prioridad a los huéspedes del hotel, por lo demás todo bien

Booked this to catch my flight for the next morning, nothing less than what was expected, clean room, friendly staffs and most importantly free transport to and from airport, will consider this hotel again for convenience.

Great hotel, very clean, lovely staff and easy access to the center of Brussels, takes around 15/20 min by bus. Amazing people from the front desk to housekeeping a special thank you to Alina and Ali at front desk that always welcome me with the sweetest intentions such as fruit baskets and refreshments after a very long flight and always accomodate my needs! and Hind and Mimi from housekeeping they are sweet and care about the comfort of the guest very much. Can't fault cleanliness and location but apart from the entrance hall the hotel is tired and needs upgrading. I have been to the hotel many times before and recommended it to friends but this time it was very disappointing and I wont go there again. They seem to have *****ped all facilites and service to the minimum and definitely don't seem to care about the customer experience. On arrival the staff at reception were exceptionally slow and unwelcoming with long queues to check in. The staff were neither helpful nor friendly and at times abrupt and rude. They were uninterested in answering any queries and failed to rectify faults throughout our stay. Having booked 5 rooms there were errors and mistakes with rooms offered against had been booked. I had booked similar rooms at the same time and same rate but the quality and size of the rooms we were given was vastly different. They argued that some of the rooms did not have breakfast included despite having booked for all 5 and had confirmation of booking. They failed to explain we needed tickets for breakfast and failed to give them to us at check in. The rooms were clean but needed updating and redecorating. There were no mini bars or tea/coffee making facilities in the room - but the cabinets had been left taking up space but empty and empty with out shelves so had not been repurposed , taking up space in very small rooms. I had about 4 inches clearance between this cabinet and the bed, making moving around the room awkward. The toiletries provided were sub-standard, a small sachet to cover both body and hair wash which was insufficient for either. The towels were ragged at the edges and needed replacing, further evidence that the hotel has cut back on facilites and quality. Catering was sub standard. There was no way to get a cup of tea or coffee in the morning without going to the breakfast room - you could not get tea or coffee in the room before going down to breakfast - and if you only wanted a cup of tea or coffee in the morning you had to pay £12 for the breakfast to access tea and coffee. There was no drinking water available in the room. The breakfast was poor quality with a limited range and the cooked food was limited and cold. What a shame that this ideally located hotel has gone downhill - I would not recommend it to anyone until they get their act together and employ customer friendly, helpful and competent reception staff.

Hotel in a lovely location but was not until booking confirmed that we were informed that that were no reception staff and we would have to pick up the keys from another hotel We had breakfast one day and had an issue sorting payment, someone from the partnership hotel had to come and sort, and although breakfast was OK, you can get a much nicer breakfast for a similar price elsewhere There was no kettle/cups/tea/coffee in the room The room was just about warm enough Had no pillows and that took a while to sort

Stayed here for 3 nights while attending the F1. The hotel is in a good location, only 10 mins walk to the bus/train station and places to eat. Nice lobby/bar area. We only had breakfast, so we can't comment on other meals, but breakfast was more than enough. Plenty to choose from, hot food, breads, pastries, cheese, meats, waffles etc.., The room was large with plenty of storage space. Fridge is provided and contained a complimentary bottle of water. Tea and coffee facilities are provided with paper cups. They were not replenished during our stay, so not enough creamer to last 3 days. I'm sure they would have been available had I asked, but it would have been nice to have it there when we returned late at night. The shower room was clean and shower gel provided. Nice fluffy towels provided. We had a separate toilet. There are plenty of sockets/USB ports in the room. Choice of TV channels was disappointing but I didn't go to sit and watch TV. Check out was quick and easy.

4 of us stayed here in a quad room which was surprisingly very spacious. The hotel is located within walking distance from Bruxelles-Midi Brussel-Zuid train station and bus depot where we caught the Flixibus. At the time the hotel was surrounded in scaffolding and looked like a building site but on entry the inside was clean although slightly cluttered as there was a lot in such a small reception. As you entered, a massive information stand stood separating the reception from the narrow breakfast area. The wooden reception area looked welcoming as lots of plants around and interesting pictures on the wall. Check in was quick & easy. The smallest and oddest lift and I've ever been in took us 2 at a time to the narrow corridors where we found our room. As we entered the room, there was a single bed to the left and the bathroom on the right. Long side the bed was a mirror and at the end of the bed was a chair, a large 5-headed lamp and a desk that held a fridge on one side with a flat screen TV above the desk. The TV could not be properly viewed from the single bed as it was in line with it so it would have probably been best viewed if the TV was placed in the corner for all sleeping areas to view. In front of the desk was a large L-shaped settee which was also wrongly set up to watch the TV as half of the settee meant you had your back to the TV. The settee was used as a bed and situated by a coffee table under a large window that had a city view. To the left of the settee was the large double bed with a headboard that had built in bedside drawers with bedside lamps on each one. Opposite the settee was a large, old-fashioned double wardrobe. There was another window in the room that was small and showed a small balcony which you couldn't access. The mosaic bathroom has 2 sinks with a glass shelf and a large mirror above plus a hairdryer next to them. There was also a bath with a shower hose attached to the bath taps and another small window viewing the inaccessible balcony. We didn't have breakfast but the breakfast area looked clean and basic with a coffee and vending machine and all with table settings for 2. At the end of the breakfast area was a large garden with some artistic statues and at the beginning was a small lounge area with armchairs and a coffee table. The hotel was also located within walking distance to the main shopping, restaurants, bars and club areas.
